These are comparatively smaller than usual flats. I normally wear flats size 8 or Boots size 9, but I wear 7½ with these flats. I loved it so much that I bought the a second pair! These are one of my favorite shoes of all time!

The shoes are great! Good fit, comfortable. Arrived the next day. I am in Customer Service and try to emulate Zappos - they are the best!
Brands I'd also recommend: I do not shop by brand - except Converse sneakers. I buy what I like.

Very soft, flexible and lightweight. I found them to be about 1/2 size too small, so I ordered another size and they're perfect! They have broken in very well and are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have.

Love these shoes. True to size, and not flat flat. However, they are not cam leather, as advertised, but rather are fabric.

Comfortable straight out of the box. Genuine leather. The pewter color is metallic gray-beige which is so neutral it coordinates with just about any color, and could be worn with dressy evening wear (if you wanted to avoid heels) or could be worn with jeans or shorts. This is a cute, versatile and inexpensive little shoe.

These shoes are so great! And true to size. I have problem feet in my older years and these shoes are very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend them.
Brands I'd also recommend: TROTTERS ARE VERY COMFTY SHOE, ANY TYPE SHOE WITH A MORE ROUNDED SHOE BED OR SQUARE .

A pretty shape on the foot, the shoe fits well but is just a tad on the small size. The toe cap is shallow, exposing a bit of the top of the toes and while attractive there is a bit of pressure over the big toes. Although they don\'t seem to have a lot of arch support they do seem to have more than many ballerina flats. I bought the black suede and they appear to be well-made and feel like they have more structure than many ballerinas.
Brands I'd also recommend: Ros Hommerson almost always fits well at a fair price.

These are the perfect flats. Adorable, comfortable, classic, and not lined with "manmade materials." In fact, they are not lined at all. Except for the insole, they are 100% leather. No squishing around in my shoes when my feet sweat. Some give to them. Even if they weren't so darn cute, I'd think they were fabulous!

A few years ago I found the perfect black flat but it's now past its prime and I needed to replace it. This is the only shoe I could find that fit what I wanted, just a simple black flat with no bells and whistles. I ordered up a half sized based on other reviews I had read and I'm not 100% certain that was necessary. When I first put these on it was definitely necessary, but now that they're broken in they're slipping a little in the heel and give me blisters on my heels/ankles because of it with long periods of walking. At first they were really tight in the toes and on top of the toes but I wore them like maybe 2 or 3 times and that has since gone away and they're very comfortable (minus the slipping on the heel) which I'm sure I can fix with like an insert or something. They're also just a little bit wide I think and gap on the sides of my feet, but I guess I have narrower feet so that's why.

Really nice looking shoe, as well as fairly comfortable and well made. My only surprise upon receiving this is that the color was far more gray than tan. (You never know with something marked "taupe".) There was also a little more toe cleavage than I hoped, but not enough for it to be a real problem. So overall, although I was looking for a tan shoe, this is still a nice neutral and wardrobe basic---definitely worth keeping, especially considering the price!

Good looking flat in the color I needed. My narrow, flat feet have a hard time finding shoes that fit properly, so they have to do some adjusting. These shoes took very little. Not so wide that they were sloppy & a little short for an 8. But the proper arch support insert fixed both problems so my feet (and me) are happy with this shoe. Will try a BC shoe again.

These shoes are cute and comfortable. They are a little narrow at the top, but are so soft that they conform to your feet. The color is great and goes with everything. And of course, the best service in the world is Zappos!

Fit well - I bought them a bit small, and sure enough after a few weeks of wear they started to stretch out a bit. So they're sort of wrinkled, not taught leather anymore. I still like them but they didn't keep their nice shape. I'm concerned for the rubber sole as well, it may wear down quickly.

Ouch...I got the floral fabric and they are stiff in the back and tight on top of toes. So far not comfortable at all, but they are cute.
