I just got the boots in and they're perfect with the exception of a couple of very minor gripes. First the good stuff-very good looking boot and appears very well put together and sturdy. They're just as cute with jeans as they are with thick tights and a skirt. The sortof bad-they're perfect in the ball area but loose in the heel so it's loose on the foot as you walk. I'm used to wearing tight combat boots all day so it might just be personal preference.

Great boots! Incredibly comfortable, even for long walks, nice cushioning, and soft leather. The wide is probably a C width; if your foot is much wider, may not work.

I love these boots. I am going to order the other pair in brown. I ordered my regular shoe size and they fit perfectly from the get go. I can walk forever in them, they are so comfortable.

The one thing I like about Zappos is the fact that they're fast on delivering the goods. And these boots are the goods. I love them! They're comfortable and true to size. No squeezing of the toes or cramping of the feet. They look good, feel good, and I'm glad I bought them.

These are really well made, really cute, really comfortable, but I had to send the 9 back as it was too narrow across the toes, though it was the correct length. The 9.5 had the width properly (I am a standard 9m almost always), but my foot slipped forward until I added an extra pad -- now they are perfect! Also, they make my feet look small, even though they are a half size larger than I usually wear.

I love these with skinny leg pants because I want to tuck in but do not want a knee boot. The fit was perfect; I'm sometimes a 6 and sometimes a 6 1/2. the 6 was perfect. They are a perfect heel for me...extremely comfortable...could shop all day in them. I liked them so well I later ordered the black pair too.

I ordered my boots on December 23, and they arrived on Saturday December. 24 with free shipping, of course. I usually have trouble finding shoes that fit. I lucked out here. I opened them and wore them all day. I love them and recommend them to anyone who wants cute boots to wear with jeans. They have formed to my feet in just one wearing! Loved this boot but had to return for a 1/2 size up due to surgery on one foot. I'm sure the difference in size will solve the problem.

Wonderful classic boot. I haven't really worn anything else since I got it. My insoles fit well. Wide, but not too wide, in the toe. Well made. Another winner by Clarks.

I love these boots! They have the usual quality features of Clarks plus they're kind of edgy, especially worn with a long skirt. I have wide feet and usually wear a 7-8 wide, and the 7.5 W fits great. So, dress them up or pair with your favorite jeans and you can walk in comfort all day!

Very nice boot! Wearable with a sweatshirt or a cute sweater or top. I usually get away with a Medium width shoe, but this was very narrow in the toe area. So, I am sending back and have a Wide on the way. I hope it's better because the other felt hard and rigid and like my toes would hurt in 5 minutes. I will update when I get the wider boot. Very hopeful!

These are amazingly comfortable boots. I bought these to have when roaming the countryside and on rainy days - they have become footwear I don on an almost daily basis. Yes, they do run narrower than most Clarks, but then Clarks usually run wider than most other shoe brands. I wear these with thin crew/knee high socks, and the fit is just fine. They were a teeny bit snug the first day or two, but if I had bought them in the wide width, then they would be too loose now that I have worn them in. If you like to wear thicker socks with boots, then yes, I would recommend the wider width. All in all, these boots are perfect! I can walk in them all day long and they do not tire my feet. They are stylish enough to wear with jeans for a night out, and utilitarian enough to wear them tromping through the woods.

Bought these yesterday. Had a hard time choosing between this lower cut or the taller ones but went with these since they seemed more comfortable. They felt great in the store (direct at Clarks) but felt tight when I got them home. Heel was tight and toe came close to tip. I went back to store and tried the next half size up but they were much too big. I kept my original size hoping they'd stretch. Clarks said they have a liberal return policy so I could still return if I wore them awhile and didn't like them. I've worn them all day and they're stretching out nicely and are very comfy now. Yay! Love the simple, classic style. Nice color and soft leather. I think I'll be wearing these often!

When I first ordered these, I got my usual size 7. I tried them around the house for a couple of weeks because they were a little snug. They never stretched enough to be comfortable so I called and exchanged them for a 7 1/2. They are just perfect! I wore them yesterday the whole day and I LOVE them! They are easy to walk in, look way cute under my jeans and I love the zip on and off. Because I loved the oily brown so much I thought I'd try them in black. They fit much differently. The 7 were too short in the toe and the 7 1/2 were too roomy in the width and toe box. So the black didn't work for me. I have to say that I absolutely love Zappos customer service and free shipping both ways! I just wish I could shop through Zappos for everything!!
