The original - great for costumes or just reminiscing. Fits narrow at the toe, and a bit long, so you can take a half size down, if your foot is narrow enough.

I never thought I would receive so many compliments going retro as I did with this shoe! I wore them with a blazer and slacks and received so many compliments! I have started a trend at my office. Very yuppie chic.

It is extremely hard to find a shoe that has enough room on top for your toes to move. This shoe is great. A little out of my style at 74 years old, but I may start a new fashion. Very good shoe.

I like the shoes, but they are too wide. I need a 7.5 SLIM. I will take any color combination but would prefer the blue shoe with a burgundy sort of color where the laces are. 2nd choice would e the Enfield. Can you exchange it for me?

Golly gee! I love these. I wore them in high school in the 60's, and had forgotten how comfortable they are. Plenty wide toe box. Super cute with hand knit socks and rolled up pant legs. Everybody is asking where I found them. Zappos better stock up!

I love these shoes! I saw the box sitting on my door step as I was leaving for work so I grabbed the box and put them on at work. I wore them all day. They were very comfortable. I now wear them with jeans and at least once a week to work. I wore oxfords when I was a kid and I love wearing them now as an adult. Brings back memories.

I find this shoe to be attractive (it receives many compliments) and fairly comfortable. It ran a half-size too large for me. I notified Zappos of this fact and they had the smaller sized shoe in the mail before I had the initial pair in a box to be returned!

The Bass Enfield shoes is great for both work and casual outfits. It does run a bit long so order a half size down to get a better fit. I ordered the narrow size and I finally have a pair of shoes that my feet don't slide around in.

Recently, I ordered two pairs of the Bass Enfield shoes. I am so impressed because they are not only so comfortable (very soft cushioned insole), but they also conform to thick socks. I had been wearing a different brand, but by the end of the day my feet would be hurting tremendously! I had been trying to locate the Bass shoes for several years at other retailers. I love the different colors and this style can easily be worn with jeans or dressy casual slacks. I have received so many compliments and people often ask me where to purchase them. The best part about ordering from Zappos is the free shipping of course! What amazed me the most is the timely arrival of my shoes, within three days! That is less time than many of the online and TV shopping networks! Zappos, you rock!

These shoes are perfect for standing and walking. I rarely, if ever, take a seat while teaching. These shoes cause me no discomfort. I didn't think they'd be so cushion-y. I'm thinking about getting another pair.
