Very happy with the construction and fit of the Merrell Hyperbolic shoe. I bought it with the coming Winter's inclement weather in mind, so I'll put these shoes to the test. So far, I could not be happier with my purchase.

Nice looking shoe, just sized a bit larger than normal. I usually wear a 14 from most companies but found I needed a 13 in this shoe.

Is this company for real? I got size 9 initially...as everyone said you need to get half size higher. I missed it...so have to exchange it. Called customer service...a human being picked up right away. They sent my exchange to reach me in 2 days express FedEx for free. Provided me VIP access and the lady on the phone was very professional, kind and courteous. I couldn't believe this experience really happened. Shoe...I am walking at least 4 miles a day...every day I love this shoe more and it didn't get loose.

I've been wearing many versions of these for years and have always been very happy with them. I feel these are just as comfortable as previous models but have a much better style with the raised center welt. Somehow they feel less like loafers and have a cooler style.

Great shoe. When I first received the shoes, I wore it in the house a few days to make sure this was the shoe. Then I ventured outside. Wow! I worn it on a trip where I did a lot of street walking. The shoe was very comfortable and felt very light. I also got a few comments about how good the shoe looked.

Merrell makes a great shoe for all kinds of activities. My family bought these shoes from Zappos online and they came in 3 days. The shoes were dirty and we called Zappos, they sent a second pair, arrived 3 days later, no additional charge as long as the dirty pair was sent back with in 14 days. Zappos provided the box and shipping cost. Very good customer service.

We got these shoes for my brother for Christmas. He liked the style initially, but once they arrived and he tried them on he said they were the most comfortable shoes! They look nice enough (leather upper with stitching detail) for him to wear them to work with a pair of slacks and a dress shirt; yet they could be casual enough to slip on with a pair of jeans to go out on the weekends. They look good on him, too! This morning try out his orthotics in his new kicks and said they were a little tight, but still comfortable and he was going to see how they felt after a day on the job.

Finally, Merrell has a rugged slip-on to accommodate those of us with very high in-steps. I purchased two pairs. Zappos is the best!

Great shoe. Merrell has become my favorite shoe brand and this pair is better than the last, I had the Moab Ventilator prior. These 8.5s are the perfect fit for me, not too loose or too snug. Yup, they are just right. They feel good on my feet sitting, standing or walking. The only negative thing that I can say is that they kind of smell. It's the new treated leather smell and it is still noticeable after a week. Other than that, I love them. I got the brown pair and with my wife insisting, I will get the black pair as well.

Had a pair of Merrell's for about 7 years that wore very well, so wanted another of about the same. Liked the nonslip soles especially- never a worry about slippery spots on the snowy paths. The Hyperbolic may not be quite that nonslip, but they seem good. Easy on and off, comfortable in the heel area when walking a lot. Only thing not so great is the "waffle" feel insole. I wear a "Good Feet" arch support, and it fits under the removable foot pad very well.

Had shoe for one month, still tight. Looks good and is wearing good. This shoe is my all day shoe.All my other Merrell's are 10's but had to send back for 10 1/2... zappos got it done... I will get more shoe here for me and my wife.

I usually wear a 8.5 - 9 EE but can get by with a 9 medium, this shoe in a 9 medium rubbed a blister on my foot within 3 hours of wearing it. They are narrow and short, so order large.
