I bought this shoe for my growing teenager. He loved the style, but I was hesitant to purchase my kid\'s shoes online, because of sizing issues, etc. But Zappos assured me that the return process was easy, so we took the plunge and ordered them. They came in the mail and sure enough, they were one size too small. Zappos.com\'s customer service was wonderful and he had a new pair of shoes in the correct size within 2 days, at no cost to me. Shipping from Zappos just blows my mind! The shoes were ordered for my son and although the color was not his first choice, he loves them and says they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever had. Oh yeah, and they look really cool too!

I bought a pair of DC shoes as a Christmas present for my son. The purchase was made just prior to Christmas and delivered to his house within 2 days. Now this is the 2nd day after I ordered them, which was a Saturday and delivered to his door on Monday. Now that\'s fast. I have previously purchased 2 other pairs of shoes, for myself, and they were delivered, to my work, in the sale manner. You would have to look long and hard to find better service than this and while buying quality products. Keep up the good work Zappos and I\'ll keep buying from you, and probably more than just shoes.

Zappos delivered quick. Sneakers fit perfect and are very comfortable. Size was on the money and so was fit. I like DC\'s. I bought them for bicycling for when I am using flat pedals because of the excellent traction on the bottom.

The shoes look great and go with a lot of different styles. I go to college and have to walk to classes so a comfortable, stylish shoe is important to me. When I first put the shoe on it felt extremely small but I found that it was because the heel has a lot of extra padding and pushed my foot forward. Once I tied the shoes and pushed the tongue in the correct position they fit much better. The shoes get pretty warm, which doesn\'t bother me yet because its still winter. Overall I really like these shoes.

DG are the best shoes for me and my family. We all tend to have wide feet and these shoes are so comfortable. I can\'t even tell you how many pair I have. I bought these for my step son and he just loves them.
