I cannot say enough good about this backpack. It truly has room for everything, plus that one more thing you will need to add unexpectedly. Very comfortable and well designed. Timbuk2 has impressed me once again.

This is my first ever rolltop backpack, and I love it! I wasn't too sure if it was going to be practical for everyday school use, but it isn't at all difficult to get stuff into and out of this bag. Besides, it will come in super handy when I go on short trips to friend's houses for a few days. It also proved extremely water-resistant the other day when I walked about 45 minutes with it in pouring rain (don't judge, I was stranded!). Anyway, I love this bag, it's very comfortable and large, and it suits my everyday needs perfectly. And of course, Zappos' service is, as always, above and beyond. I love this bag, and I love Zappos.

Great backpack for commuting on bike! Was using a messenger bag until I purchased this roll top pack. Haven't used my messenger bag in a while! The Hemlock sports thin but ergonomic shoulder straps that truly are comfortable. The bag holds a huge amount of stuff and caters to the person that doesn't mind that there isn't a whole lot of compartments for all your goodies. One big main compartment to dump everything into, a laptop area, and a smaller Velcro pocket on the outside to hold a few small items like pens and wallet. Got to say that this is a comfy bag and very weather proof. Bag sits well on the back when pedaling and visibility isnt too bad when looking back over the shoulder for cars. Highly recommended if you haul a little more gear than the average cyclist or if you're prone to stopping at the grocery store on the way home. Roll top access is easy but the Velcro is a little loud at times in the office.
Brands I'd also recommend: Chrome, Seagull Bags, Mission Bags, PAC Designs
