Great backpack. Perfect size to fit a 15 inch Mac and some workout gear. Only one thing I wish it had is a water bottle pocket. Besides that there plenty of other compartments, and areas to store your things. The fabric is a little rough, and lint collects easily on it. Though may be I just should have got a different color.

This is my favorite backpack, I can take my 15" Macbook to work very easily plus plenty of space for 2 or 3 books and my personal belongings. I only wish it had a pouch for water on the side and availability in some brighter colors. A good little back pack without being obnoxiously big.

It's great! I use it 6 days a week to commute my lap top on my back. At first thought it was too snug to fit my 15" MacBook Pro, but after a couple of uses it slides in fine (and I have the wrist action down). The thin, dense foam straps are comfortable! The design of the pockets smart, its not too heavy, the multiple carrying options are used, and I've been grateful many times for the rubbery bottom, especially when in a crowded train and I have to place it on the (gulp) floor!

Very well thought out bag, far more space efficient than some of the larger bags that I have owned. That being said, it isn't without its faults. The laptop compartment is a tight squeeze for some thicker 15.6 laptops. Also the material itself is a dust and lint magnet, it is especially annoying on a full black on black color scheme.

I'm not sure who listed this as a 15" laptop bag, but a 17" MacBook Pro fits with a some breathing room. Well constructed and at the very least water resistant - probably more. Nice styling. Very compact. Good ergonomics.

Very nice backpack. Well built. A 15" MacBook Pro just barely fits (the long end) inside the laptop pouch. I put my folders and unbendy stuff in there too. Neat design, but one drawback is that the main cargo space only unzips 2/3 of the sides. Not too much a problem but you kind of need to stuff things into the smaller mouth than other backpacks will take. The squishy pad at the base of the laptop section doesn't really catch a thin laptop. It's a bit floppy and ends up on one side or the other instead of fully underneath the edge of the laptop. All of these are just nits. It works great as is.

Solid bag, but too small. I really enjoy the overall look, organization, and design of this bag. However, when purchasing it I hesitated a little when it was described as one of Timbuk2's smaller bags. I should have gone with my gut instinct. Just too small for what I need. I wanted a backpack to use for my commute to work and then an easy switch to go to night class. For work I usually have a water bottle, pair of shoes, a lunch, and wallet. Could squeeze everything but the lunch in. For night class I usually have a 3" binder, water bottle, one textbook, a notebook, and my wallet. And my netbook in the laptop compartment. Again, can JUST squeeze everything in. But if you want to get anything out you have to basically unload the whole thing to get to it. Wish there was side pouch for my water bottle and an easier to access spot for my bus pass. I'm buying a new backpack that's bigger for what I need. I couldn't part with the Q though...I'm determined to find other uses for it! Maybe a good carry on bag when traveling?
Brands I'd also recommend: Other Timbuk2 bags, they are a great company!
