Have owned other Rieker shoes and found them comfortable. I wanted a non-sandal summer shoe in red. This pair, something not right with them. They are made sloppy and the insole doesn't quite seem to fit into the shoe; size is OK but I cannot adjust the strap. The strap is too long to get the velcro tight (if I pull it to fit my instep, the velcro goes past the 'catch' and I have a high instep and the strap is way too long. Color is not as bright as in the photo. The shoes have a strange smell also, and seem to have been worn a bit (sole a bit dirty). First time I have been this unhappy with a Zappos purchase, but service is great as usual. Ordered in a 38, I take 7 1/2.

Hey I thought from the photo that these were black, turns out they are very dark brown BUT they are sooooo pretty AND comfortable that I am keeping them anyway. They are versatile enough to wear with jeans, crops or dresses, with thin socks or without. A pretty perfect little shoe!

I ordered this pair of shoes in the verde color and liked them so much that I ordered the shoes in another color. They are comfortable right out of the box.

Great shoes and very cute. I did have to stretch one of the shoes to accommodate my bunion but then they were perfect. I have an Achilles tendon problem and have to wear backless shoes. These are perfect for work, are stylish, and so comfortable. Just love Zappos

I absolutely love these shoes. I usually wear a size 10 M but they seemed a little wide and 1/2 size long. I reordered a size 9 1/2 M and they fit great. I have osteoarthritis of the knees and it is hard for me to walk long distances on hard surfaces. I wear them shopping and doing all my errands. They are great looking and very stylish and so comfortable. My 14 year old grandaughter told me those are really cute shoes for you but not me. OH to be a teenager again!

I just purchased these in Testadimoro. They are incredibly comfortable with or without socks. The color isn't really black, but a very deep, black/brown and the tan stitching looks terrific. I wear a size 9.5, narrow and since these only come in medium, I ordered the 40 and 41. The 40 is a perfect fit and the velcro attachment for the strap is great for accommodating my narrower foot. Zappos was excellent for the return on the extra pair; no charge on shipping! This is my first pair of Riekers and my first experience with Zappos. I will try both again!

I found these shoes to very comfortable. They felt as if I had been wearing them for months. They were true to fit. And the service at Zappos is wonderful. I recommend shopping at Zappos to all of my friends. And, I would recommend the shoes also.

I have a problem with feet that swell in the heat. I am also diabetic so cannot wear shoes that restrict or irritate my feet in any way. These shoes are perfect because if I need them a little wider some days I just run the strap, and they are so comfortable that I basically forget that I am wearing shoes, even in our Texas heat! I have them in the beautiful dark brown and in green.

Cute & comfortable is the way I describe this great looking shoe. From the moment I put them on; it was love at first step! The strap over the instep is adjustable so at the end of the day or on those really hot summer days, you can adjust the fit of the shoe. I have received many compliments on these shoes, but I would not recommend them for very heavy-duty walking as the arch support is not great. This is my ninth pair of Rieker shoes. I have a wider foot in the front than at the heel and the fit of this line really works for me.

These shoes are super comfy! No "break-in" period needed. They fit true to size. They are versatile shoes - they look great with all sorts of outfits. My one complaint is that the elastic connecting the strap to the shoe is too obvious. I wish the elastic was shorter.

The Rieker Blanche 02 is a cute shoe but not as comfortable as other Riekers I have worn. I am a librarian and on my feet all day. These are not the shoes made for that but if you want compliments on your shoes, these are the ones for you. They are soft, almost bedroom slipper comfortable, just not good for all day standing. The color goes with everything and they look good with dresses, capris and shorts. I would recommend these shoes, just not for all day standing.
