"The history of DC Shoes is, essentially, the history of the modern skateboard shoe."
While DC Shoes was still in the conceptual stage back in 1993, a mission was agreed upon: to make a significant change in skateboarding style and to elevate skateboard performance to the highest level. With technology like DGT®, PERFORMALITE® and their trademarked "pill" pattern, DC continues to push the technological envelope.
DC continues to stay true to its original mission - pushing style and performance a step ahead of the competition, from the drawing board, to the computer, to the factory, to the concrete and masonite of skateboarding's proving grounds.
DC has taken their know-how and their passion of skateboarding and applied it to snowboarding. They have since become leaders in the development of snowboarding equipment. DC Shoes continues to push the envelope of technology and style to bring you the latest and greatest in board sports.

Bought these for my 15 year old. She loves them. She finds them stylish and comfortable. Definitely recommended, at least for the younger crowd.

The first pair of shoes I ordered for myself from Zappos and I love them! They are way prettier in person! Super nice! Never had a pair of DC's before but that will change now! =)

I purchased this shoe as a gift for my granddaughter and she loves them. It's difficult to get her to take them off. The shoe is attractive and it was a pleasure ordering through Zappos (my first time).

These shoes are kicking! :) I just got mine 4 days ago and I love them. I have wider feet, so I was a little disappointed to find they were a teeny bit cramped- but I think I will get used to them over time! These were my first DC high tops, and I recommend them for anyone for is looking for stylish shoes.
