This product is worth every penny. It's stylish, hangs well, quite warm and really comfortable to wear. It's probably best suited to shopping or other in-and-out activities in 25-40 degree weather.

I ordered this jacket for my son's 16th birthday and had it sent to him in South Carolina by Zappos. It arrived a week before his birthday (that's how fast Zappos is) and he called me and could not thank me enough. I have always ordered from Zappos, he is new to the game. Now Zappos is his new website, more spent monies for me. I am more happy that he's happy and I don't have to worry about other sites with shipping and handling cost.

My husband loves this fleece. It's perfect with just a T-shirt underneath for wintertime. I thought he may want a 2XL because he might wear long sleeves underneath, but it was way too big at the bottom. I returned it for an XL which fit fine. He wears XL in shirts also. This is a great jacket, perfect weight, and great fit (true to size). My 15 year old teen loves this jacket and will actually wear it because "everybody wears North Face." I was a Zappos virgin until this purchase. Oh my gosh, I will definitely buy from them again. The package arrived before I pushed submit! Kidding but amazingly fast delivery! Love you, Zappos!

Ordered this for my Dad for Christmas! He is a big guy, the 2x fit perfectly! He said this is the warmest, yet most lightweight, jacket he's ever owned! They do sell this jacket in Nordstrom, Dicks Sporting Goods, and other Places and it is the same price but instead of fighting the crowds I always order from Zappos. All my orders come within 3 days max, and their customer service is unbeatable. I knew that if the jacket didn't fit I could return it hassle-free. It also would have been hard to find a 2x in stores. Love Zappos!

I bought my son this jacket for Christmas. He has wanted one for two years now. I went to other stores to see if I could get it. The price was just too high and I decided to buy him other things. Well finally this year he got the north face jacket, because Zappos had the right size and the right price. I purchased two North Face Khumbu jackets for Christmas. One was for my seventeen year old grandson and the other was for my fourteen year old granddaughter. I ordered black for both. They both love their jackets and wear them all the time. Both work jobs where the are outside some at work and they say this jacket is very warm when in the cold and wind but also is comfortable to wear inside. The only thing I noticed is its not a deep black like I hoped but that isn't a problem for either of them. Also the pockets having a zipper is a plus for keeping up with cell phones. The jackets look very nice and they are very happy with them. I would recommend this jacket as long as the color not being a deep black is not a big deal. I had been looking on The North Face web site but had never ordered from them. When I found that Zappos carried The North Face jackets and for the same price plus free shipping I knew I wanted to order from them. As always I received great service and the jackets were delivered the next day.

I highly recommend this jacket. My boyfriend has worn it every day since I gave it to him. The package came sooner than expected. The fit and comfort are great. He went for a hike on a very windy day and it blocked all the wind but then wasn't too hot in the sun.
