Am happy with my Old Friends - I didn't realize Old Friends made a boot. I have been wearing Old Friends slippers for years, and to be honest the reason I bought them is because I thought they had the look of Ugg boots, and planned on wearing them with jeans. I got myself and also my daughter a pair, I told her that you can't really tell they're slippers when you wear them with jeans. She kinda pooh poohd me about wearing them with jeans out and around, not just around the house. But I don't consider myself a trend setter or follower so I have been wearing my Old Friends for years, out and about. I have had several pairs over the years, and now I see people wearing slippers out and about all the time! And my daughter is one of them! I still wear my slippers out but now I also have something that covers my whole foot. I have to say I love em. And have also had several comments on them and how cute they are.

True to size? I ordered the black and brown in these boots in different sizes, an 11 brown for one daughter and a 9 black for the other daughter. In both I ordered a 1/2 size larger than they actually wear. The 11 boot was fine and fit as I had imagined. The 9 was TOO small, so I returned and ordered a 10, it fit exactly like the 9, too short/small. I had to return it also and now have to wait until they are credited to my account before I can get another size/pair. This is inconvenient as my daughter is desperately wanting to wear them. I am hopeful that the next order/size will fit. My younger daughter loves her brown boots and they appear to be of excellent quality.

Best "Old Friends" I've been an "Ugg" wearer for many years, and love them. However, I bought a pair of "Old Friend" boots a year ago, and love them even more than my Uggs. They have a good gripping sole, and fit a bit tighter around my ankles and average-sized lower calves, which keeps my feet warmer. The pair I bought still look new despite wearing them in the rain several times. They are red, and have kept their color without fading. My daughter loves her new black O.F., and likes that the black color inside stops at her ankle, then is white, so the color does not come off on her feet. I highly recommend these!

Do not waste your time with this boot brand. The water seeps in and your feet are wet. I called the manufacturer and they will not stand by their product.

I am not too pleased with this product. I\'ve only worn them lightly for 2 months, and the sole is wearing, and the boot is separating from the sole. I fear that it will seep water once snow falls. There\'s not much arch support to speak of either.

I don't have this exact style of Old Friend boots, but the pair I bought last year (on Zappos) I can no longer wear. I love them, but cannot wear them. They are good quality, warm, felt a little bigger than the usual size. The reason I can't wear them is the seam rubs me right below my ankle and any time I wear them for longer than a trip to the mailbox and I get a blisters. Oh well!

I love these boots! I don’t even have to wear socks! I have to work outside sometimes and even without socks my feet were the only thing warm on me! I am going to get another pair...I wear them to work daily here for the COLD Montana winters!

Liked looks of boot but did not fit. I usually take a size 7 1/2 but would like an 8. I didn't see a size 8, only a 9, I don't think that will work. I would like a boot slipper to keep my legs warm, but couldn't find any that were in my price range.

I bought these for both my mother and grandmother and they can't say enough good things about them. Well made and very comfortable. Good alternative to Uggs.
