Not for narrow/slim calves. These are beautiful boots, but unfortunately, not as narrow at the top as described. They are at least 15", at least in a size 10. So the search continues!

I love the boots, color, style, and quality. I just got them and tried them on and the boot shaft was too tight. I am going to send them back and keep looking for another boot in the same color. I wish the shaft was larger!

Not only are these boots beautiful and sexy, but they are comfortable as well. I\'m 5\'4 and have fairly skinny calves. These boots fit well around the calves, but the shaft is a bit high for me. However, I\'m still going to keep them because they are still a good fit overall. I also want to thank Zappos for the great customer service. They shipped me advance replacement within 48 hours after I had called them to tell them that one of the boots had scratches.

These are beautiful boots, but unfortunately, I am going to have to return them. I am 5'2" with a petite build, and wear size 6 shoes, which is the size I ordered in these boots. The shaft of the boots hits right at the back of my knees, which is an uncomfortable feeling. The boots are somewhat baggy around my ankles, and the shaft circumference is about an inch too wide for my calves. It's such a bummer because these boots are a great classic style, and they're well-made. I really wish they came in stretch leather without a zipper closure, because then they'd be perfect!

Cute shoe, unfortunately they were way too tight around my calf. I have never had that problem before. Also they came up a little too high so I have to return.

These are beautiful boots. These are beautiful boots. As an image/beauty consultant and model I always have to dress in a fashionable and professional manner. I have found that these boots complement most any outfit. The calf is on the narrow-side and is perfect for anyone with thin legs. I recommend them to many of my clients. The classic design and leather make them a great value and a beautiful shoe.

My first pair of tall boots - I've bought several pair of tall boots, and sent them all back. Until this pair, that is. I LOVE these. They were immediately comfortable, and look great. I always get compliments when I wear them. I bought my regular size, 7.5, and they fit perfectly. Wish the heel was slightly taller (3.5" v. 3", perhaps)...otherwise a dream come true.

These boots are simply the Cat's Meow! This is my second pair of Ulu's from Zappos and I am just crazy for them. They are toasty, toasty too. Great arch support. Almost have a Russian flair to them. Unique boot. A big plus is the great service I get from Zappos.

Looks fab in the box, frumpy on me - These boots are so gorgeous, until I put them on. The boot around my shin and ankles is very wrinkly and droopy. Like it is too loose. I have tall thin legs and wear between a 9- 9.5. I ordered a 9.5 and it fit perfectly in the foot and pretty good around my calf, so it is weird that it seemed so loose around the lower part of my leg. I am sad because the leather is really pretty and I liked the sexy but simple look of this boot.

Really comfortable, great fit! I am pretty tall with thin legs and these boots fit me right below the knee and fit around my calf without too much extra room. There is also plenty of arch support so they were comfortable to walk in.

Really beautiful boot. These are very classy and great quality. One thing I like, but other people might not is that they are quite tall and hit just below my kneecap. Also, I have fairly thin legs and where most all leather boots come with extra space in the calf, these fit pretty well - not tight, but without too much of a gap.

Knee-hi boots - Via Spiga - The boots are great, the only bad thing is that the width at the very top is still too wide for me, and this is the narrowest I could find. Will have to get them adjusted.
