Wow! I love this boot - ordered up 1/2 size because I have a high arch & instep - no break-in period necessary; wore them sightseeing the first day, all day, with no problems. So far have only worn with jeans, but get compliments every time I wear them. Beautiful, butter-soft leather.

Great, sexy, little boot - This is an adorable little boot, very comfortable but the pleating takes away the too clunky butch look of many little comfy boots. I have both colours now- obviously the tan shows better and looks great with black jeans. Very European.

It is a great winter boot. I ordered a half size larger in order for the insole to fit in for a long walking. It has a fur looking insulation inside so it keeps your foot warm, even through the cold day.

Great ankle boot. I can't say enough good things about this boot. Style, comfort. At first I didn't think I would like the button, but it is really cute. Love the wrinkled leather across the front and stacked-look heel. Pretty print lining, and soft. Perfect fit.

I love this boot! The leather is very soft and the shoe is extremely comfortable. I can wear all day long. I have a slightly high arch and it fits very well.

Just received my first pair and immediately ordered a second in another color as they were incredibly comfortable right out of the box. Wore them all day the next day walking around New York City and as another reviewer said they felt like slippers. I usually pay a lot more, but these are amazing and look great, too! It's a buy!

Another day in foot paradise. As expected, this boot is killer comfy. Looks great, I got the black. The inside is lined with something very soft. I love Rieker! If I were younger and slimmer, I would wear these with opaque black tights and a narrow just-above the-knee black skirt. Sharp!

Love this boot. I thought it was great when I first tried it, but then realized it was about 2 inches too long. I tried next size down (9) and it was too tight on toes. I need a 9, wide I guess. Didn't come in that; very disappointing as it is a beautiful, soft boot. Caramel is a great color as well

I had bought Rieker boots in a store and had found them comfortable, so bought these boots online. They were not very comfortable, but more importantly the leather quality of these boots is terrible. It is really thin and stains easily. The boots look ugly after very short usage. In the meantime the boots I bought in a store have also deteriorated significantly and have cracks after less than one season. In summary, I will never buy Rieker products again because they are made to look good for one week, but after that you can throw them away.

Very comfortable and stylish shoes. Soft leather, no breaking in at all. After 5 days wearing them, wanted to give it 5 stars, but yesterday spent about 40 minutes under a light rain, and got my toes wet. Also, the leather got all crinkled and stained. Great shoes for dry weather.

COMFORTABLE! I love the boots badly! Soft and as comfortable as could be! I would not wear the caramel ones in rain - since they do stain as all footwear of this color... GREAT BOOTS if you are looking for comfort.

I bought the black boots 2 years ago and wear them almost daily in the fall/winter/spring. Just bought the dark brown. They wear well, fit comfortably, and still look new after over 100 wearings.

Great boots. At first I was disappointed they were such a dark gray, but it worked out for me, because they look equally good with black or brown pants. These are so comfortable, too. I spend a bit of time walking, and these boots don't hurt at all! I was a little worried about sizing, as I am eight months pregnant, but these boots fit fine with very thin trouser socks.

It's been hard finding a low heeled short boot that looks stylish and feels great. This one fits the bill. The leather is soft and beautiful, and the lining is so soft and cushy. It's the perfect boot for jeans, but it also looks great with with dress pants. It's so comfortable. I can stand in them all day without foot or back pain, and I plan to wear them on my next trip to NYC where I'll be walking miles per day. I bought the tan ones and am thinking about buying a second pair in black.

Zappos did an outstanding job, as usual, with fast delivery and easy return, but I was extremely disappointed in the quality of these boots based on the price. The uppers are flimsy at best. Definitely not worth the amount Riekers is asking.

This boot felt as soft as lambskin leather - very comfortable and stylish - has a warm lining. I love the color (smoke) it is a very neutral shade. I have several pairs of Rieker shoes and they are great fitting and extremely comfortable, well made and stylish shoes. This boot is large enough to wear with heavy socks in winter.

I am a pretty standard 8.5, and initially ordered the 40 and exchanged for size 39, which fit well. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the boot for the money. Stylish and sleek in appearance, and very comfy, but the uppers seemed a little flimsy, and the fleece/acrylic liner makes for a not-so-breathable shoe. The liner kind of 'peeled' out at the edges easily, as it seemed to not be adhered well. I ended up returning them. Zappos was excellent in the exchange and return. Can't beat the customer service of this company.
