I first ordered a 9WW (my usual size), but the shoe was way too big for me. I exchanged them for a size 8ww and it’s perfect for me. Felt very comfortable right out of the box. Could provide a little more support, but for the money, a very nice little shoe. I love Zappos, by the way. The best customer service, every time, that I’ve ever had.

These shoes look very nice and are really soft and comfortable. I feel like they are a little big though - I am usually a true 7, but these are a bit loose at the heel. Still I can wear them all day at work without problems.

Naturalizer Referee in brown (coffee?) in my regular size is what I ordered. They are very comfortable and even cuter in person than I thought they would be. The toe is flat like a real ballet shoe and the stitching details are very nice. After a half day or so my feet started sweating just a bit and the shoes would then squeak with each step, but I am hoping that doesn't happen every time because I like these very much.

I would buy these shoes again. They are cute and for the most part comfy. They rub a little on the inner heel area. I try not to wear them when I am going to do a lot of walking. But around the office and out to dinner is totally fine. I think after I wear them a few more times they will be better. The rest of the shoe feels fine. I usually like Naturalizers.

It is one of the most, if not the most, comfortable pair of shoes I've had. Because I have bunions on one foot, I have the most difficult time finding something that fits, is comfortable, and looks decent. This fits the bill.

Let me preface this by saying I have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes. I have relatively wide feet with very sensitive soles. Sometimes I think I should just let those calluses go so I can't feel anything! LOL! These shoes were not as comfortable as I hoped they would be. Right out of the box, I thought they were great. After I wore them awhile, though, the stitching on the inside edges started to irritate my feet. I covered the stitching with moleskin tape. For the most part, this worked, except when the weather got hot - then I noticed a bit of irritation in one spot. After wearing them for a few weeks, it seems like it's not as cushy as it was when I first got them. I think my feet would start hurting if were walking around for more than a few hours. I love that I can just slip these shoes on quickly and don't need to wear socks, but for me, I can only use this shoe for short errands that don't require a lot of walking.

I wore these shoes right out of the box, ran around all day, and was totally comfortable in them. They have a rather funky look, perfect for jeans or a casual slack (mine are the coffee bean color). I’m in-between sizes, so I ordered up based on other reviews. Even with my somewhat narrow heel, the fit was perfect without any slippage at all. Surprisingly, the craftsmanship of this shoe doesn’t appear to be much different than brands that cost twice as much. It’s a lot of shoe for the price!

Love these shoes!
I'm six months pregnant and wanted to buy comfortable shoes that didn't look too matronly. These are perfect in every way. The only negative thing I can say is that the strap across the top is a little snug. Of course, this could be due to the fact that I have very high arches or my feet are a little bit swollen because of the pregnancy. Still, it is not that uncomfortable and I think it will stretch with a few wearings. I like them so much, I'll probably order these shoes in another color. I also have to say kudos to Zappos for the expedited shipping at no additional charge. Zappos is the best!

Very Cute Shoe with Comfort -
I previously owned another pair of Naturalizers but they wore out after 6 months of wearing 5 days/week. When I found these on Zappos.com, I decided these would be the perfect replacement. They are so cute and comfortable; I would consider buying another pair. They fit well even on my wide feet.
