Harley-Davidson Cassidy SKU #7438266(View on Zappos.com Classic)

Very cool boots! I wanted some "booties" for the winter. My style is very jeans casual and I usually only wear flat comfort shoes (Keen, Ecco) but wanted something with a heel for a change. Most heeled booties seem to have spiky heels and pointy toes so these Cassidys are a good compromise--sturdy heel, not too high and super cool looking. I ordered 1/2 size up (I have orthotics and a bunion and needed extra room) and they are perfect. (I am over 50 and like to wear something "young" but not too impractical!) Caveat - I haven't worn them out walking a lot yet, and since I don't wear heels much I know it will take some getting used to, so I don't know the comfort level if you are on your feet a lot. A great casual boot for blue jeans or a step up with black jeans or a skirt, with that added "edgy" factor. I loved the boots so much I got a black leather jacket to match. As always Zappos is great - love the FAST service and free returns - with shoes you never know how a size/style will fit your feet. I am very resistive to paying shipping and especially return shipping and/or going through the trouble of schlepping something back to a store or packing it to return (usually within a e.g. 30 day time period), but Zappos eliminates all the hassle.
