I have the patent ones and love them! They are so cute and go with just about anything. I wear them every day, except for the summer time. I have wide feet and they still fit me and are very comfortable.

This shoe is SO much cuter in person than in the photo - you have to try it, especially if you have a wider foot. Very comfortable as well as cute.

A bit wide, but wonderful shoes. No break-in period at all required - fit like slippers the first time, so I bought them in 3 colors. The bow lends a feminine touch, as does the rouching. They are overpriced, though...
Wedding shoes -
I got these shoes as wedding shoes (renaissance themed) - the arch is a bit high, and unfortunately they don't come in W so I had to get a half size larger than I really am. Despite all that, they are adorable and I can't wait to have them as normal shoes after the wedding, and aside from the really high arch, they are very comfortable.

Cute shoe runs a little big -
This is a very cute shoe, but the sizing is on the big side. Also, the grey color was not how it was pictured. I wanted a "grey" shoe and the ones I received were like a dark brownish grey. Not all that bad, but definitely not the grey like it was pictured. They are comfortable, but since they are a little big for me, it's sometimes a pain to wear them.

Born shoes rock!
These are super comfortable. I usually have some pinching of my big toe in flat, ballet shoes. Not these! I love the padded insole and arch. Plus they look great to boot! The graphite is the perfect dark gray.

Bought a second pair -
My first pair (size 10 medium) was the brown suede. They were comfortable out of the box and work with skirts as well as everything from wool slacks to jeans. I then ordered a pair of black patent, for holiday events where I have to stand for long periods. They are adorable and look great with pants. The only problem is keeping my daughter from (literally) walking off with them.

Beauty Plus Comfort -
Great shoe. Not only is Vina very attractive, but extremely comfortable. Amply wide and very comfortable footbed with plenty of padding. Great for all day wear.

Fantastic shoe!
Very comfortable and wearable shoe. Feels a little roomier than other Born shoes in the same size, but overall fantastic! No breaking in needed.

BORN VINA -
I am loving Born shoes ever since I discovered they would fit. I usually wear a 7 1/2 wide but after trying an 8 B in Born and finding a perfect fit I can't wait to buy more of these great styles. Born Vina is so cute and looks good with jeans and pants. Zappos service is just the best in all ways. What a pleasure to buy shoes on this site. I tell everyone!

Ok-- it's a flat-- so this isn't dressy-- but it is darn cute and very, very comfortable. Looks great w/trousers and skirts.

Sent them back - too wide for my heel (but CUTE)
Born Vina, Stone Suede: Zappos upgraded my shipping (for free!) and I received these shoes 24 hours after ordering them. The packaging is very pretty... a beautiful sage green colored box with a leaf pattern on the top. The shoes are much cuter in person than they looked online. I put them on and walked a few paces down my hallway... and my heel kept coming all the way out. I am so disappointed that they don't fit me correctly. They won't stay on my foot! The length seems true to size (makes my size 9 foot look smaller too), and the width at the ball of my foot is good, but the heel is just too wide. They look very well made, but the insole doesn't come out, and I don't like the weird 'arch support' bubble either. Perhaps if the strap was moved back from the toes (closer to the ankle) they would stay on better? They are VERY CUTE and I suggest you try them for yourself.
