I got these shoes about 2 years ago, before I had these every time I would work out my shins and my feet would hurt a lot! Not with these.

Finally got a great shoe! I finally got this shoe in the right size and I love it now. For some reason all of the reviews I read said to buy a size up? So, in taking this advice (I am usually a 9.5) I ordered a 10.5- which scared me, but I was trusting the reviews. OMG- they were HUGE!! I thought maybe a 10- still huge. So I finally just got my real size 9.5 and they finally fit. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I have a narrow foot? They are still a bit wide- but doable. Thank you Zappos for all of the free shipping, etc. etc.- Thank goodness they finally worked out. Great shoe- so comfy- and takes away my hip pain when I wear them!!

The most comfortable shoe I have ever had. I did go up 1/2 size, they fit great. A tiny bit wide at the heel, but not enough to make me take them off! Lots of room for socks. It is a big investment but one you won't regret. I exercise normally so I did not notice anything new in that area, but what I did notice was how my back and feet did not hurt after walking and standing in them all day. Can't say enough about these shoes.

TRUE Short Story as to why a poor girl like me would pay this much for a pair of shoes. I had a bad break in my leg. I had to teach myself how to walk again after. These shoes really worked! As I was researching to sell these today, I ran across the MBT website. Here’s a quote: “The body reacts to natural instability with intuitive compensatory movements; this provides neglected muscles with effective exercise.” THIS is why it worked. I recommend MBT to everyone needing to build muscle and correct posture.

MBTs save back/knees on city streets - Great shoe. Saves back and knees. But this goes for all MBTs. I give this one a 4 for comfort because it slips in the heel more with the low cut. Prefer the higher, more secure lacing. I got these for the pure black color of them -- look great with long black yoga pants -- longer-looking legs. Hoping the heel slippage goes away with an insert. Or thicker socks...

Great shoe - Great shoe - did some initial research on this shoe and would highly recommend it. Takes a bit to get used to the rolling of the shoe, but follow the instructions (it comes with a DVD) and all should be fine. Helps keep your core tight.

Very wide MBTs - I owned another pair of MBTs but a different tennis shoe style. With MBT's you go up a size but these are much wider than I expected. I think they are too big and my foot is swimming in them. So I am upset that I spent so much money and have a shoe that is not what I wanted. MBTs in general are great shoes but beware of the fit.

This is my favorite MBT. I have other styles, but the thing I really like about this shoe is that it is ankle-friendly. I can't say enough good things about this MBT Sport Low. I like the way this shoe feels when walking (besides the WONDERFUL SUPPORT): There's no "bounce" when you walk in these -- YET, there is the VERY SAME support as in the other MBT's. If you have "bad feet" and can't even wear flats without some pain (as I do), don't EVEN THINK about the cost! IT IS VERY WELL worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walking - I've been walking for years about 3 miles or more per day and these shoes work all parts of your legs. I took a half size larger and the arch support is great. I had bilateral knee replacement and they are very easy on the knees.

Waiting for results!! Great shoe - have only had it for a week. Wore it for a few hours a day and yesterday wore it for a 5 mile walk, a workout at Curves and today - wow, I'm a little sore. But, no pain, no gain!!! I have a large foot (size 10) and wear a 10 1/2 in sneakers. My foot is also on the wide side (sometimes I wear a W sometimes an M - and I also have a bunion on my left foot so that foot sometimes hurts). This shoe is wide in the front and is excellent for me and I have no pain. If you wear a narrow, I wouldn't recommend it; try another style. Comfortable, great support and I'm looking forward to some great calves in a month or so!

Big Bucks - I originally ordered the GORE-TEX Chapa in a size 9. I read mixed reviews about the sizing. I would have needed a 10. These sport lows are fantastic, great ankle fit. Sporty, but also can be worn at my office. I bought these shoes on the advice of my personal trainer. I work sitting at a desk most of the day and suffer from low back pain. These shoes make it comfortable to actually sit on my sit bones instead if crossing my legs and remain comfortable. These shoes are true to size. Definitely worth the money.

MBT low - These shoes have truly saved my back and legs! I am a nursing student and can work a 12hr. shift with no problem. My only complaints is that the fitting was a little tricky. My foot is narrow and the shoes are a little wide. I initially kept a sz 7 but was ultimately too big. Zappos has incredible customer service and exchanged them after (6mo) for the size 6.5! Now they fit great, but I may still need to get some inserts put in the heel. These shoes MUST fit or they could actually cause pain. Now that I have a great fitting shoe, I can hardly wear any other shoe and will be purchasing more MBT's!

I chose these shoes when I graduated Nursing School for my first job. I've never had feet or back problems so that wasn't the reason. I wanted a little edge on losing some weight and improving my posture - and I liked the 1.5 inch height increase. So after wearing them continuously on the job for 6 months, my impressions are as follows: I needed to wear them in - my feet were so sore in the beginning. I did as recommended and wore them for 1 hour the first couple days and then increased my time daily until they were comfortable. That took about a month. Then, they were rockin\'! Perfect for a fast paced hospital. My posture was definitely improved - no weight loss or tone noted - but, My feet and calves weren't swollen or sore at all after my days. This lasted for a solid 4 months. But now, I am seeking a second pair, because they are feeling weighty on my feet and the "bouce" is gone. I'll try those gel inserts first and will also attempt the Skechers ripoff brand for $100 before I spend anothr $250. I thought they would last for years as comfortable. I do, however, highly recommend them. Where I believe I went wrong is wearing the same pair of shoes 40 hours a week. I think I need to alternate my shoes every other day or week. Also, MBT styles come in lighter versions - which also may be a good option. Anyways, for those that like to weigh all options, I hope this helps.

Excellent on Concrete Floors - These are the second pair I have purchased of this style shoe. The first I bought from a local store for a higher price and wore them continuously for more than a year and a half at work. When it came time to replace, I was nervous about online but with a previous slipper purchase with Zappos, had been more than satisfied so opted to get them with them. Perfect fit, FAST delivery, no doubt would do again!

I love my new MBT's - The MBT's Sport Low is the first pair of MBT's I have ever owned and I love them they are really comfortable, I felt the size was right, I wear a 8.5 and that's what I ordered they fit great. I'm so excited about these shoes they really do improve your posture also they sure do work those muscles in your legs and buttock. I just ordered my second pair of MBT's KAFALA -black for work ,I stand on cement floors all day at my job, and have to wear an orthotic, and with this shoe I don't think I'll need it. Thanks Zappos for your fast service and customer satisfaction.

Just as pleased with second pair as first - MBT Sport Low shoe is the only reason I have been able to continue my job as an ED nurse in a very hectic environment, walking concrete floors twelve hours a day. With plantar fasciitis, I have had more than my share of foot pain. Thanks to this shoe and compliance with a good foot exercise program, I am almost pain free now.

Great fit & style, this fabric boot in fun colors is great for spring. I’m going to probably spray a protectant on the textured fabric to keep cleaner, This company does make the same style in leather in the common colors of brown & black. I don’t think the heel is as high as indicated, more of a 2.5". If it were higher, I could not walk in them & I am most comfortable. The circumference is not for muscular legs unless you want a more rushed affect. Try these on because you will like them.

Too much hype, I can't say they are worth the price I paid... I waited a little while to write the review because I wanted to break them in and give them a chance. There was too much hype and although the shoes are comfortable I see no 'tone' definition work out appearance changes. I also still have back pain (but not as much). I am a nursing student and have two young kids and I do get a lot of things done in one day. I thought these would help me a bit in relief of my achy feet and tired back. They are just ok. I cannot say they are worth the money. I haven't yet taken them to the hospital to work on them for a full 12 hours but I just can't see them making that big a difference if they don't make any difference in my everyday life. If my mind changes I will come back and re-write the review but as of now don't spend the money it’s not worth it. Really??!! I don't know what makes anyone buy such expensive tennis shoes!?

Great Shoe - I originally decided to get MBT's due to their claim of helping back problems. My first pair had the thicker soles. Although I liked them, they seemed to take a long time for me to adjust to. These, however, with the lower sole were easy to adjust to and have since made adjusting to the other pair even easier. My suggestion to anyone interested in these shoes, get the lower soled shoes first to get accustomed to the different feel, then go on to the thicker soled shoes. They are wonderful for helping with posture and my back problems which is the only reason I'd spend this much money on a pair of shoes.

Walking Fit - I'm not much into exercise, so if I can benefit from just wearing these while I'm walking around, I'm all for it! I take a 6.5, ordered the 7 and they fit perfect and they are comfortable. I was a little worried after reading some of the other feedback on comfort, and I also have the original "04" pair when they first came out, I think these "08" feel better. I also disagree that they are narrower than the originals, I wish they were.
