These shoes were too big for me, and were uncomfortable to wear. I expect Clarks to be large, and so I ordered a smaller size than I usually wear, but still the shoes were sliding off.

Looks good but a bit too tight - This shoe is not the most comfortable shoe. It is good enough to go to work if you do not have to walk a lot. Looks very nice.

Very comfy! Very comfortable. Just a tidbit tight when I first put them on, but they adjusted to me feet very nicely. Second time I wore them, I walked downtown for about 6-8 blocks with no foot problems afterward. That's hard for me to do!!!!

Very comfortable, great looking shoe - This is a really nice shoe - it's so hard to pair classy, elegant shoes with real comfort, but here you have it!

Not the comfort that I expected - There is a very rough spot on the inside back from the seam, and the upper edge isn't finished and is also very rough. Also slips on the back. I'm using moleskin so that I can wear them.

Very comfortable - I've finally learned that anything more than a minimal heel will make a shoe uncomfortable for me, period. Fia's heel is about as high as I can get, and it is a very comfortable shoe. I usually wear a wide, and these are just a nudge bigger than I expected. Still, I wore them all day on day one, and had absolutely no problems with comfort. As for looks, it is a more professional, understated look, but perfect for the slacks that I ordinarily wear. I very much recommend these shoes.

Clarks Fia - These shoes felt great from Day 1 and look nice with my work pantsuits. My foot is wide across the top, and this shoe is just right for me. I highly recommend; no complaints.

First, let me say I LOVE ZAPPOS and have recommended to this site to several friends and colleagues. I will absolutely continue to shop here! But I'll be honest; this was the worst shoe I have gotten from Zappos. It is very clunky -- not professional looking like in the photo. It was also a very flat, boring brown color, not a rich looking brown. The size ran VERY SMALL! Overall, this just reminded me of an old lady shoe. Definitely sending back and ordering something else.

The Hobo Bonnie is a great shoulder bag. The style is simple, yet unique. The frame and ball clasp allow you to open and close the bag quickly and securely. It fits a surprising amount of stuff: my wallet, sunglasses, keys, phone, with A LOT of room to spare. With a little angling, I can fit a medium-sized novel through the frame. A few minor suggestions for improvement: Wider pockets. Though there are several pockets in the lining, only one is wide enough to fit my iphone. I have a small wallet, but it doesn't fit into any of the pockets. I like the ball clasp and frame, but I wish these were silver in color, rather than brass. Like most ladies these days, I wear white gold or silver jewelry, rather than yellow gold. The color of the metal is more yellow than it appears in the picture. Silver colored hardware would modernize the bag a bit (though I do like its vintage look). The lining of my bag is brown and beige; the one pictured has nice purple accents that I wish mine had. The leather smells very strongly--I'm hoping it will wear off soon. Zappos' customer service and quick delivery is awesome!
