Excellent Balance of Comfort and Style -
I have a fracture in the ball of my foot and need extremely good shoes that take the pressure off this area. But, I also need shoes that fit in with my office wardrobe. These shoes are excellent for work and more casual occasions, and are the most comfortable shoes that I've ever had, particularly given my forefoot problems. They are not the 'hottest' shoes, but they are relatively stylish and very versatile.

These shoes are wonderful. They fit true to size and feel fantastic to walk around in. I originally got them for work (waiting tables) because I needed something sensible, but still cute, to run around in all day- but I find myself wearing them all the time all around the city. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about this "negative heel" feature, but it's actually really neat and I can feel my posture is a little different when I wear these shoes.

I have enjoyed wearing the Earth's Fiona shoes. They are very comfortable. I had to buy my usual size as the size in my other Earth shoes were a size smaller.

I love all Earth Shoes! I recently wore these on a sightseeing trip and my feet felt wonderful. Because of the slope there is plenty of room for my toes but no rubbing or sliding.

Fiona was exactly what I wanted -
I love Earth shoes. The reverse heel keeps the pressure off my metatarsal area and stabilizes me. Fiona is a nice looking shoe for work - a little dressier than a lot of Earth styles. I don't like velcro much so I like the buckle.

A Winner -
I was concerned that this shoe would not fit a narrow foot. But it is not a problem because the negative heel prevents your toe from sliding forward. This is a very pretty shoe, and the leather is nice and soft. I have the red color and get compliments wherever I wear them.

I love my Earth Fiona! I bought them for work, as I am on my feet all day long. They are the most comfortable work shoe I have ever worn, and I feel they look good with jeans or slacks to go shopping. I felt the size was a little off my normal, but exchanging was completely hassle free. I normally wear a size 7 1/2 or 8. I opted for the 8, since they were for work and sometimes by the end of the day feet swell. However, the 8 was still a little snug in the toe area, so I exchanged them for an 8 1/2. The 8 1/2 was much better, although the heel felt a little loose. Tightening the instep strap resolved that problem. My feet have not felt this good at the end of the day in a very long time. Thank you! My feet REALLY appreciate it!

This shoe is wonderful. I have purchased many earth shoes, and this lives up to the quality I expect. It is very stylish and extremely comfortable. I am on my feet all day and have problems with my back and with my feet, but when I wear these shoes, I feel wonderful!

These shoes have been wonderful for my lower back. I was going to the chiropractor 3-4 times a month, but as soon as I started to wear these shoes my lower back felt incredibly better! I'm not so crazy about the look, but I joke with my husband that these are the first pair of which I'm not so fond of the look but I'm not taking off! I've worn them every day since I got them, about 8 months or so and totally love them. Thank you Zappos for your speedy delivery!

A beauty of a shoe -
I needed a new pair of dress shoes in brown and stopped in my tracks when I saw these shoes. There was NO break in period. They are lovely! I'm familiar with the Earth fit as I wear Earth sandals all summer. I really wanted a regular buckle as the last Birks I bought had a Velcro closure and I just was never happy with it. If I need a pair of black shoes I'll look to Earth again.

Started wearing Earth Shoes in 7th grade in 1975. At this time in American society, they are not as "hip" as they were back then by the beach in sunny Southern California, but they are still made of quality (wonderful smelling) leather and the great sole that lasts forever and helps my poor teacher's feet through each vigorous day. Will be getting another pair next payday!

To tell the truth, I don't do much trail running (what this shoe's intent is). However, for what I do, boating, often walking my dog where it's wet, and the occasional hike, this really is an awesome shoe. The cord-style laces took some getting used to, but now, I like them better than any other regular laces. They fit a little narrower than average (which makes my slightly wide foot a little uncomfortable). I've tested these to the point where I was loading my boat onto its trailer and the water was up to the laces and my socks were bone dry! Very solid product. I will update in the future if I can regarding how they hold up.

Most Comfortable Shoe Ever -
I love this shoe. I bought 2 pairs of them and my feet, back, and legs have never felt this good. They are actually improving my yoga because my hamstrings are already stretched when I begin my sun salutations. Highly recommend this shoe.

Dream fulfilled -
I am a die-hard maryjane wearer. I've spent $hundreds searching for just the right pair to wear day in and out. Also, I've wanted to own a pair of Earth shoes for ages and now that I do, I'm so pleased! They are so comfortable right out of the box. The reverse heel takes a bit of getting used to (mere minutes), but this is a very comfortable shoe. They look great with jeans. I gave less than perfect for look due to the fact that I wanted to wear them without socks with skirts but I think they are too clompy looking (of course I do wear sz 11!) and wide for it to look right. Though I think they will work beautifully with tights and skirts for fall and winter. I love the design on the top of the shoe and I feel good about supporting this company. Definitely worth the money. Wish I'd gotten them long ago.

This is a really cool looking shoe and I loved it the minute I saw it. I ordered the size I usually take, but it was way small--I'd say a whole size small. It also felt like the arch support was not as good as in the other Earths I have. Unfortunately, I had to send it back.

A beautiful shoe - Fiona is a very attractive shoe with good support. Design detail on the toe adds a lovely touch. The Earth Shoe design gives real comfort and support, yet it does not sacrifice looks at all. I am able to wear the size 8 with no pressure on my toes, because the negative heel keeps my foot from sliding forward. The Mary Jane strap keeps the shoe from sliding off of my narrow heel. I bought the black ones first and I wore them all day teaching. I was really surprised at how comfortable they were, and also I like just looking down at my feet once in a while to see how pretty they look! So I also purchased a pair in another color, which I also enjoy. I think I am addicted to Earth Shoes!
