I loved my experience at Zappos. I ordered shoes for my mom as a Holiday present and the 1st pair didn't fit. So I had to exchange it for a larger size. Usually you get hassles from other competitors. But not at Zappos, the customer service was excellent. Mom got a new pair of shoes in her size and I got to return the old ones free of charge. Thanks Zappos for being a great supplier and meeting the needs of all.

These are cute and comfortable. They feel like heavenly house shoes! I see comments about finding socks that will not show, I wear nude trouser socks and treat the sneakers like ballerina flats slipping them on and off without having to untie them.

Great shoes! They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I really enjoyed these. I bought them to match a Halloween costume I would be wearing on Bourbon. Comfort was key and these delivered.

My sister intentionally stole my first pair when she went back to San Francisco and this is the second same pair of Chuck Taylor I bought. I love them, this goes with almost anything I wear. It is a MUST-HAVE pair of shoes. I would recommend wearing thin socks with it because of the extra slim style there's not a lot of room at the tip for thick socks. It felt true to size, unless you want to go with thick socks, I would recommend ordering the normal size of your feet.

Super snazzy-looking kicks! They do require thin socks that rise higher than the heel of the shoe, though, as they are so narrow. And if you wear socks that are too low they will ride down and chafe. Good for bopping through the grocery store, but I wouldn't recommend being worn for doing too much walking because they have no support at all. Maybe I'm just spoiled because I spend most of my life in Danskos, but I definitely wear these Converses for style, not for comfort!

This is a great shoe. I've owned a couple of pairs of the original Chuck Taylor in black and they are a bit "clunky". So I decided to size down to these light Ox and I'm glad I did. The charcoal grey is a lovely dark grey and fits to the foot (I have a narrow foot that widens to the toes) with plenty of toe room. These shoes do not have arch support, however, so you will need to have some small inserts on these and some good socks that will stay up as they tend to rub the back of the Achilles tendons. Otherwise, a fabulous shoe with a great stream-lined fit. Very lightweight and comfy!

I hate clunky sneakers and these Chuck Taylors are sleek and trim. I went up a half size and they fit perfectly. But, I'm not sure I could wear thick socks with them. I'm completely happy with this purchase.

Shoe shopping with my munchkins is one of my least favorite activities. Zappos is the answer: I didn't have to use precious time during the weekend spending hours trudging from store to store hoping we'd find something. In fact I got them the next day for free. Even with the size exchange, I still got them faster than I would have if we'd gone to the mall. Prices were competitive, not a steal but not a ripoff. Certainly worth it. Shoes are durable and just what we thought we were getting. I'll be back!

I love the shoes! Simple and light. They are easy to wash and can look new if you happen to get them dirty. Wider feet may need to loosen the laces, but if you're used to wearing Converse then your feet will get acclimated. For girl readers, I love that I can wear them with jeans or a cute sun dress.

These are awesome shoes. they are very low around the ankle which look great with shorts and skirts. As with most Chuck's they do not provide any arch support. They are not good for long days of walking. They navy blue color is beautiful. They aren't bright but almost a deep gray. I get complements on them every time I wear them.

Surprisingly comfortable for such a small shoe. The sole is very flexible, which I prefer in this type of shoe. Very lightweight. Have already ordered more in different colors. I had tried them on in a store so I knew my Converse size, but would have expected to have worn a size larger.

This version of the Chuck Taylor shoe is very cute and more lightweight than the original; due to thinner sole. Not for miles of walking, but a fun shoe to wear out and about. May run a tad large; but good for wearing without socks, especially during warmer weather.
