Indigo by Clarks Hypnotic SKU #7416286(View on Zappos.com Classic)

Clark's Hypnotic Cafe Brown - Love the Clark's Indigo line so am sad to say I will likely be returning these. Was in the market for a dark brown dress shoe that was fun and comfortable. Shoe fit everything but the "dark brown" requirement. The shoe is really more of a burgundy. When I first took them out of the box I thought this, but thought maybe when I compared to other browns, it would be okay. Unfortunately, the difference was really noticeable when I compared to a brown suit (and another pair of brown shoes I ordered from Zappos). I do find the Clark's Indigo line does tend to slip in the heel a bit as others have mentioned (which was why I was excited about the strap), but they are so comfortable on so many other levels, I am willing to accept this. This issue could probably be remedied by a heel insert. Despite the color of these, I would love to keep them, but I really need "brown" shoes at this time. If you are in the market for comfortable burgundy shoes, these shoes would be a good choice.

Bummer! These shoes are so cute and artsy and they don't have the usual horsey heels (clomp, clomp), but I can't get them to fit right. Fully padded? I think not. Not enough to keep from feeling the gravel and cement underfoot (and there's a lot of both here). You would think from the photos that the soles would be thick enough, but they're not. Adding my favorite padding just made them unbearably tight at the inside strap area and they still were slipping off my heel. Sooo disappointing. If only I could return them.

Very cute shoe! However, the strap digs into my foot where it attaches. They will have to go back!

LOVE THEM - I stand on my feet for 10 hours a day and they do not hurt my feet at all. I get tons of compliments off of these. I really suggest these if you walk and stand for work.
