When my daughter recently came home from work with the black Barbe pumps from Nine West, I asked her if I could try them on, as we are both size 7. She works in an office and is sitting most of the day. I however, am on my feet, and need a pump that not only looks great with skirts and slacks alike, but is comfortable too. Let me just say that this is the shoe! It has a sexy heel that is high enough, but you won't be in pain after a full day. My daughter bought hers on Zappos, but I got mine at a discount department store for half of what she paid. I love Zappos, but just happened to see them on sale, and could not pass it up. We both wear our black Barbe pumps a few times a week to work, and even out at night. Let me say too, that if you work a full day in these and then decide to go out to dinner and to a movie, you will not regret it, as this is the perfect day into evening shoe. No need to carry a pair of black flats around with this style. Also, the size was perfect!

A sleek, stylish simple shoe that can easily go from office to night. I’ve had these shoes for a month now and wear them with everything from suits to skirt to jeans. The heel height is just right. Tall enough to give me the long leg look, but not kill me feet if I go out in them. I love to wear them with a pencil skirt and opaque tights for that long leg look.

These are the best work shoes! I work in a business-dress environment where heels are the norm and I can wear these all day without any problems. I wear an 8 1/2 and they were broken in within 2 days and true to size.

Good solid shoe. Not quite as sexy as some of the other Nine West models that have a slightly higher heel and/or platform, but still good, and more comfortable.

I bought these shoes to wear with a suit I own. They are a great looking shoe and fit true to size. Unfortunately, they do not have a lot of arch support and are not designed for long hours on your feet or significant walking during the day. I have owned these shoes for a couple of months and unfortunately the heel broke off of one shoe and I have decided not to replace them with another pair from Nine West.

This shoe looks really smart. Goes from classy/professional to classy/sexy. My feet are sort of wide, but the shoe will stretch after wearing it a few times. One bad thing is that the inner seams are not that strong and have come apart on 2 different pairs that I have purchased. For the money, it's a good deal.

This is a beautiful shoe. It is very comfortable and runs pretty true to size. There is a little bit of space right above the top of my toes, but does not create a problem walking.

The shoes are adorable. I have slightly wide feet and these shoes fit comfortably. Shoes did start to hurt about 4 hours into wearing them, though, but I am hoping they stretch as I wear them.

A great basic pump. A little narrow in the toe area, but in general a good fit. Nice heel height. Not too tall that I can\'t walk in them, yet tall enough to be dressy.

I've been looking high and low for a simple, classy black pump at a price I felt like paying. This was the third shoe from Zappos that I ordered and I did end up keeping them. On first wear, they were soft and as comfortable as a 3" heel could be. Wearing them around the house for an evening assured me that these were the shoes I had been looking for. However, after wearing them for about a week, the leather has already stretched out enough to where I now need an insert to keep them on my feet! I would say if you were going to order these shoes, get a 1/2 size to full size smaller and wear them around the house to let them mold to your feet. The leather is very soft, but that also makes it more pliable so just beware of that.

The perfect, classic, little black pump. I’ve owned a pair before and loved them so much I ordered another. These run a 1/2 size big. I can wear these heels all day at work and for a night out. I highly recommend them!

This shoe looks better in person than in the picture. More so with regards to the front part of the shoe and color. I ordered the purple suede. Very nice and the heel is just right. Do order a half size smaller. I had ordered the 6.5M and had to exchange it for the 6M.

This is a great basic pump to have! I have worn these under jeans (skinny and bootcut) and with a nicer dress for a dinner party. They are a great height and are very fashionable. The point is not too pointy. I find this shoe is true to size and I love the light taupe snakeskin color I ordered. I find I go to this color just as much as black for a different look. I plan to order them in other colors. And, of course, I got them in one day!

I love Nine West. They are not totally comfortable; the toe box gets a bit uncomfortable, but still lovely shoes. If you prefer lower heel, I recommend NW Nuncio.
