My daughter-in-law told me about Zappos and I am so glad that she did. I love the personalized service, the next-day delivery and the ability to return anything without a shipping fee. I have also been ordering gift certificates and the same quality service has applied to them as well. Good job!

Gift cards are a great option for graduates! I gave my niece one and she had so many things to choose from (including luggage, which she needed) and the recipient gets all the great service Zappos provides, like free returns and great customer service. Zappos rules for so many reasons. I bought this gift card for a family member to buy some shoes and she received it so quickly that I was caught off guard when she called to thank me! Also, every time I buy shoes, I get them ASAP cuz Zappos rules so much that they give me priority shipping and many times, I receive exactly what I ordered the next day! Let me start by saying Zappos is awesome. The great prices, massive selection, and lightning fast shipping are top notch. But... you take something like a gift card, and this is where Zappos falls a little short. I personally like getting the physical cards over doing the e-gift certificate. And when just about every other store has holiday specific card designs (and usually a plethora of them), and then you see the ONE gift card Zappos offered, it made me wonder. I would have loved to have seen at least a few different holiday designed cards. The blue and orange surfer design doesn't really say Merry Christmas, well, unless you live in southern California perhaps. So Zappos, if you're listening, it would be great if you made a few different designs. Maybe just start with a Happy Birthday & Happy Holidays one.

Shopping is so easy and so fast at Zappos -
I have been shopping at Zappos for about 2 years and I don't buy my shoes anywhere else any more. They get my orders to me amazingly fast and returns are so easy. I used to be a person with 3 pair of shoes, no more; I now have them to match all my outfits. I really like going to a specific color and heel height, it makes shopping easy. This year I've sent boots to my niece and a gift card to a brother-in-law because I know I can depend on the quality of your service. Thanks
