I'm very pleased with my new New Balance walkers. I walk 2 to 3 miles a day for exercise. I thought I would probably have to wear my new shoes around the house for a few days to break them in. They felt good enough to walk in the first time I wore them. I always have to buy New Balance because I need the wide width. These fit perfectly.

I bought these for my dad who has had back surgery and is getting ready to have it again. It's hard for him to get around without everything hurting but these shoes make it so much easier. He's extremely picky about shoes but loves these. They're extremely comfortable and durable. The velcro makes it easy for him to get them on and off. They were shipped so quickly and made it to the house DAYS before I anticipated. I LOVE ZAPPOS!

New Balance Hook and Loop -
These shoes are outstanding. With a bad back, I find the hook and loop much easier than laces. They fit perfectly and provide wonderful, comfortable support. On top of that, they are handsome.

Great shoe, awesome customer service!
I am so very pleased with both my new shoes and the excellent customer service I received from Zappos. I had to go through 3 pairs before I found one that fit and supported my feet correctly. The great staff at Zappos helped me with the exchanges and everything was done quickly and correctly. New Balance makes great shoes and this one is no exception. The shoe fits well and provides great support. The only thing I could ask for would be for the straps to be a bit longer, but they do work and fit ok.

Great Geek Shoe!
My husband is a total geek. He loves velcro shoes, but they are really hard to find - especially in a really wide size. These are exactly what he needs. Thank goodness for the NB MW576! They are well made, comfortable; they last for more than a year. We totally recommend these shoes.

Easy to put on, Easy to take off -
My dad likes this sneaker. He wears a brace on his left foot so I had to buy a half size larger and it fit perfectly. There is nothing negative about this shoe. Easy to put on, easy to take off. I think I'll buy the other colors too.

The New Balance shoes are not as comfortable nor do they have the arch support of my other comparable Rockport. After trying the New Balance, I will go back to Rockport.

Not the sexiest shoe, but darned comfortable!
Terrific shoe for anyone with medical issues involving sore hands or feet. No laces to tie but velcro straps fasten as effectively. Slip on and off easily at airport checkpoints. Can adjust tension as needed throughout the day. I purchased the bone color, wish I had gone with black or white.
They do have a bit of an orthopedic look to them, no way around it, but if max comfort at a fair price is your goal, this will fit the bill. Zappos service is excellent as well.

Tried a 13-D which is what I usually wear but they really squeezed my feet. Returned but didn't trust next larger size after that experience.

MY husband got these because of the hook and loop closing. He lost his sight a few years ago and had trouble with laces always getting knotted, etc. He really likes these. They are very comfortable, easy to deal with (no laces) and they look good, too. My husband does wear an orthotic, and had no problem fitting it in these shoes.

This shoe is the most comfortable walking shoe I've owned. They fit correctly to the size ordered. I know from the past that these shoes will wear well. The speed of shipping from Zappos was most amazing-2 days.

Received the New Balance Shoes -
I ordered these shoes for my PaPa. He is 80 years old. He has diabetes and takes 2 different meds. I needed a shoe that is extra wide, can put inserts in, easy to put on and tie or close. Also these shoes are easy to clean. These are the first shoes that my PaPa has not complained about. He loves these shoes to compliment his Dickie outfits. Hope this review does help others.
