Nice Versatile Boots - I can be so picky about shoes. Especially boots, as there are many more aspects to boots that might not work for you. These are pretty good quality and versatile. My look can go from sweet sundress-wearing girl, to professional work wear, to simple and laid back, to punk, to 80's-inspired, to just downright eccentric. I bought these boots in black and they work with so many of my looks. They can look basic with most of my "normal" outfits or I can wear funky tights or socks to go with my weirder outfits. This brand has come a long way. The leather is pretty good quality, as well as the all-leather lining which was immediately soft and comfortable. I agree with a previous reviewer who said the toe box seems a bit long. I usually wear a 6.5 in most shoes and a 7 in shoes that are completely closed (toe and heel). I ordered a 6.5 in these and I still had about 1.5 inches of extra room at the toe. However, the extra room wasn't bothersome and didn't make walking difficult. They seem a tad bit tight across the instep, but will likely break in nicely. The slim, rubber lug sole gives this boot a touch of ruggedness/casualness, but isn't bulky or heavy. However, this is more of a fashion boot and not the best choice for rough weather outdoor use. There's light padding in the heel, but not much at the ball of the foot. I would have liked the entire footbed to be padded, but they aren't nearly as hard as my Report boots. Overall, a great boot that goes with many different looks and styles. The price seems a tad bit high, as I'm not sure how well these will hold up over time, but the comfort and style help make up for that.

Steve Madden's Hazlitt boots - This was the first time I ever bought shoes of any kind without trying them on. I was pleasantly surprised -- They were exactly as advertised, were delivered within 2 days and actually fit comfortably. The leather is soft and they seem to be very well made. I would not hesitate to order shoes online again.

The Perfect Boot - This is exactly what I was searching for! The leather is lovely. When I first received the boots, the right one was slightly tight but after wearing them for one day, they fit like a dream. I can walk for hours and my feet don't hurt!

Best boot ever- I have been looking for boots for years and finally these exist -- they look like a normal oxford shoe in boot form and they are fantastic. I have the brown leather - the leather is beautiful and high quality -- the combination lace up with side zipper makes it easy to tailor the width of your ankle and calf with the laces once and then easy in and out with the zipper. They are immediately comfortable, and true to size. I am considering ordering the black ones too, I love them that much. Cute with pants and skirts.

Comfy, Cute Punk Boots - I bought these as an alternative to the heavy soled Dr. Martins. I love these boots, they're cute but have an edge and are so comfortable! Also I have a large calf and these fit perfectly. I'm already thinking of buying another pair as I fear I will wear these out and they'll no longer be available.
