These are a really cute alternative to "plain loafers." The stitching design is really cute but subtle. And they look classy with pants or jeans. However, they run a bit narrow, and gave me horrible blisters at first since I opted to wear them without socks (since it was the end of the summer). So they are nice-looking, but not as comfy as you would hope especially for that price. Probably would not buy them again because I think I can do better fit and price-wise.

I bought these in saddle leather to wear with jeans. I really like them. The leather is soft and comfortable and they are deep enough to accommodate my orthotics. I had to buy 1/2 size smaller than I usually do, but that's easy with Zappos great return policy.

I encouraged my daughter to buy shoes at Zappos. These shoes are comfortable, walkable, durable, and the service is expeditious, the staff is courteous, and we are extremely pleased with your brands! I bought sandals, boots, and will not go anywhere else to buy shoes, as I need extra wides and Zappos is the only company that carries my size.

These shoes are so comfortable. I especially like the brown version because the stitching is more visible and it gives the shoe a little more exoticism.

I love the shoes, also purchased a pair in brown. True to size. Would have purchased black patent leather and red pair, but found this style outside near ankle came up to high for my foot and rubbed my ankle bone. Thanks for easy returns and shipping quickly.

Different Look - At first I thought these shoes reminded me of grandma's shoes but as I walked in them and noticed the comfort, I realized I was wearing a modern version of a classic! The updated pattern was a plus too.

Review of Hush Puppies Ardenica - As with all NEW shoes I was concerned with w "breaking" them in- which usually includes blisters on my little toes. NOT SO!! The hush puppies fit perfectly- and I was able to wear them for hours with no discomfort whatsoever. I will be buying Hush puppies again.

These shoes were very comfortable when I first tried them. I haven't worn them for any length of time since then; however, because they are such a soft leather, I am concerned that with wear they will stretch and then be loose on my feet. These are narrow but slim would be a better choice for anyone with a narrow foot. It would be great if the buyer could look into more slim sizes for those of us with very narrow feet. Thank you.

Good Value - I was looking for a reasonably priced, comfy, casual black loafer and these hit the mark. I had to return the first pair as they were a bit small so I ordered a half size larger than usual and they fit fine. Not much arch support, but I use an insert anyway. Overall, a good value for the price.

Great comfortable shoe!! These are a terrific wide loafer - great for work. I have very wide feet and the WW width more than accommodates my feet. They feel great all day!

Great Walking Shoe - This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased. I'm on a waiting list for a different color of the same shoe!

"Old fashion quality" in an updated shoe! I recently purchased a pair of Hush Puppies Ardenica for my 86 year old mother and she loves them! They are light in weight (important for aging parents), comfortable, easy to put on and look terrific! What more could a stylish lady ask for????

I wear an 8.5 or 9N shoe and have difficulty finding shoes that fit comfortably. The leather was soft and did not bother my bunions. However, the heel was too wide and the shoe kept falling off my foot. Too bad, I would have kept the shoe if I didn't have this problem.

Nice Loafer - I usually don't find Hush Puppies to be comfortable, but these are. They are a Spring/Summer loafer.

Shoe-moc - These are beautiful shoes, and fit well. The leather is soft, and the cutwork makes a statement. However, after walking it them all day, my legs are sore! There is no arch support in them. They are a perfect moccasin, but not at all for walking.
