I bought these shoes for myself to wear while exercising on the elliptical and treadmill. I love them. I went up a half-size like most people recommended. I have a high arch and slightly wide foot at the ball of the foot area. They are extremely comfortable with no break-in period needed. I do think I would have been fine to order my regular size though. They feel slightly too large.

Great shoes - but sizing is off by a 1/2 size -
I use my running shoes for running, and as I age I find it harder to find shoes that really fit, but these Mizunos really fit me. I wear a wide width to avoid pinching my toes, and their wide width is actually wide. But their sizing is off by a 1/2 size. I find the European sizing to be more reliable than U.S. sizing, and my Euro size is 40, which is usually a U.S. 8.5. However, in these shoes a 9 (not an 8.5) is a 40. Bottom line, be sure to order a half size bigger than your usual shoe. I have found them to be durable and comfortable even for long runs (2 hours +). Nice color, too. I hope next year's model will be as good.

Mizuno Wave Inspire4 -
Great looking shoe with great support breathable, but definitely go a half to one size up. I usually wear a 7-8D (WIDE) depending on the shoe but these were too small in both so I need to go up a size. The free return is awesome especially if your like me still finding the perfect shoe and I like that they show all the reviews even the negative ones. Great site great service!

Trained for a 1/2 marathon in this shoe. Love it! Bought a second pair to have when I outrun the first. Definitely recommended for narrower feet and mid-high arch support.

Good shoe but a little small -
Overall I think this is a good running shoe. It has a lot of cushioning in the heel. I thought it would be heavy but it feels very light.
My only critique is that I should have bought an 8.5 instead of an 8. I have very average size 8 feet and these were a little small. Also I think they are narrower than normal running shoes. I barely have enough shoestrings to tie the shoes properly. But that being said, these are comfortable and I can run in them. I will probably buy an 8.5 when I replace these.

Mizuno’s are a Work of Art -
Whoever thought of the wave technology for Mizuno running shoes is a true genius. The notion that cushioning and stability can be provided by a single, lightweight technology is brilliant. The Wave Inspire feels like sport cars for my feet - whereas, the Brooks Adrenalines, for instance, evoke all the sportiness of a mini-van. Woot for Mizuno’s - I'll never stray from you again. For this particular model, do order half a size up from your normal running shoes.

Fantastic Sneakers!
These are the best sneakers I have gotten yet! They fit extremely well especially for most women especially because we have narrow heels and a wider forefoot. The way this shoe cups around the bottom of the ankle is great. These sneakers are lightweight but also supportive for overpronaters as well because they have a lot of stability.

First time buying Mizuno. Very impressed. No discomfort at all. Ran and ran and ran no problem. Only problem was I hated to get them dirty because they look awesome. Can't wait for my next pair.

Great running shoe -
I have slightly wide feet but not enough to order a "W" and these shoes fit well. They are super lightweight, very comfortable AND they look great (unlike some running shoes that look like you're wearing the box). Been wearing the Wave for three years and no plans to change!

I love the Mizuno line of running shoes, but I ordered this shoe in a wide width and it just didn't seem any wider than the regular width.

Fantastic stability shoe -
You will need a half size bigger than you normally wear, no doubt, but what a great shoe! Solved my moderate overpronation, very lightweight, but sturdy... creates a solid landing for feet every stride. Great shoe, great price.

Mizuno Wave Inspire running shoe -
The look of this shoe is "really cool" with the colors interwoven. The support is great and gives one very good support. The only complaint I have is it feels like I’m running on rocks. The innersole should be more padded. Don’t feel that for the price one should have to buy an additional innersole.
