This is a good clean shoe. It's got a simple design so it doesn't really rip up. It had good grip and it looks cool. Only bad thing is the soles are terrible there like paper but the 2 does help.

I didn\'t get a chance to skate in these because it immediately became apparent to me that they\'re too dang narrow. I wear a size 8, 5E width, and even a 10 in this shoe wasn\'t wide enough. They look good, though! I returned them for a pair of Ipaths.

After reading several reviews on the B. Herman 2, I decided to buy a pair of my own. These shoes are not only very comfortable, but they\'re also extremely grippy (which is something I look for in my skate shoes). Break in time was minimal and they\'ve been fairly durable thus far. They may feel a bit narrow at first, but that doesn\'t last long. If you like low-profile cupsoles, these may be worth a try.

These shoes are godly. Super grippy, sturdy, and your feet will feel safe skating in them unlike Leos. Recommended if you can afford it, definitely a good buy.

I've tried a lot of shoes and this is by far the best skate shoe to skate in. I've never skated anything so amazing. I'm on my 14th pair already and I'm still going. Can't wait for the Herman 3s.

Honestly my favorite shoe I?ve ever had ever. Most durable too, the grips still perfect after 4 months and theres a hole that ripped in the first weeks and it?s still holding up. It ripped but didn?t get any bigger and still perfect. Overall great shoe and if you?re considering, definitely get them.

Emerica Bryan Herman 2 - If you are looking for a shoe that grips amazingly, has great board feel, lasts a long time, has an insane amount of padding, and looks great, BUY THIS SHOE. I have had probably 12 pairs of shoes in the past year, and these are for sure in my top two. VULC look with cup sole. AMAZING SHOE. I?M ON MY SECOND PAIR...

I have had 15 skate shoes in the past 4 years and nothing has compared to the Herman 2. Best skate shoe I have ever skated...hands down. Great protection yet still amazing board feel. Super comfortable and skateble. The non-slip desert grip is amazing and takes a while to wear down. BEST SKATE SHOE!!!

Herman 2's are tight - literally - These Herman 2's look even nicer than the photo shows on the site. Really slick styling on them. However, they are REALLY narrow. I don't have wide feed, and have never worn wide shoes, but these things crush my feet. I'm hoping they stretch a little (or a lot) in the next couple of weeks.

Best Shoe Ever - This is amazing. I skate really hard every day and do a lot of flip tricks and so finally after 2 months of hardcore skating, the rubber on the toe wore down a lot, but just put some shoe goo on it and it lasts another month and the grip felt the same as when I first got the shoe and just amazing board feel!!! BUY this shoe!!!

Amazing shoes. The herman 2s are possibly the best shoes I have ever owned. The sti foam molded insoles are hands down the best insole ever made. The gel cushion on these is very good, especially if you?re the type who does a lot of stairs and big ledges. They are super grippy and have amazing board feel, and the flick is perfect. I?ve had these for over a month of hardcore skating and I have no actual rips. the piece of the shoe with the lace loops kind of starts to fall off, but when you see it coming loose in its early stages just stick a tiny bit of shoe goo or any kind of glue really under it so it holds together. Everything else about this shoe is amazing. BUY THE HERMAN 2s!!!!

Herman 2's - honestly, these were one of the best shoes I?ve ever had... it took about two weeks for them to start ripping and they were done after about a month and a half- two months. If I could describe these shoes in one word it would be... orgasm. They?re sick so buy them now.

The desert grip is hard to get used to. I didn't like these shoes very much and all the laces ripped very quickly.

The Best... EVER! I got these at a skate shop near my house, and all I have to say is WOW! These are hands down, the best skate shoes I have ever used... they grip like no other shoe I have ever used before... they are as comfortable as possible, and they have the System g2 in the heel for all of the stair bandits like myself!! A clean design with special features makes this shoe a must have... I got the black/tan colorway... buy them only if you really do skateboard... they will have your nollie inward heels poppin as high as Bryan Herman himself! I learned nollie tre flips in these!! YAY!

Excellent Shoe! This shoe is great! It has great padding, looks awesome, and it is good for skateboarding.

Sick. I?m on my second pair. Grippy as a tick stuck to your arm. Love ?em. Last a long time, too. The padding eventually thins out, but I don?t mind.

Man these shoes are sick. I?m on my third pair. Most shoes last me about three weeks but these lasted me about two months. Just all around amazing for skating.
