Having been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and going through 10 pairs of sneakers in the past year, my mother gave me a pair when she got a size too big and now I am shopping for the same shoe. I have become an Ecco for life customer. 100% satisfied.

Great shoe. Very comfortable. Good support and cushioning for plantar fasciitis. Love the silver and blue ones, they look great as well as being functional.

Very comfortable shoe. I am normally a 7 1/2 and went with the size that fits size 8 US and it\'s fine. I am not thrilled with the color selection and was hoping the raspberry was more red than pink, unfortunately it\'s not, but I\'m at the point where I, to a point, choose comfort over looks.

This is my 3rd pair of Ecco Performance 3060, I walk 3-5 miles a day, they truly do keep my hips in line. I would recommend them for any active woman.

Love it. Bought them, got them, put them on, wonderful! Lightweight, but with support. Big help with my heel pain! Definitely recommend.

Will buy Ecco again. I ordered a 9 first and had to give them to my daughter; ordered a 10 and they are just great. No break in period at all. They hold your feet where they should be but without being stiff. I have an extra high instep, no problem with that.

I have never been a "sneaker person" since my feet are always so hot in them and they are not the most attractive shoes to wear, but now that I have plantar fasciitis I have not been able to wear any of my hundred pairs of shoes except these. I finally have become a sneaker person. They are the only shoe besides my Dansko clogs that don't aggravate my heel condition. I am finally getting some relief. Thank you Ecco.

I read the other reviews and decided to order up in size. I normally wear a size 7.5 in regular shoes (sandals, open-toed shoes, etc.). I have been a size 8 in tennis shoes but as I'm approaching 40, my foot has changed and I'm now a size 8.5 - 9. I ordered a 9 (or 40) and I still have a little bit of room in the toe region even with thick socks. I've had two cryo surgeries on my right heel and I have to be careful with my shoe choices (oh to be able to wear my cute Prada's and Gucci's again). I'm not a runner but wanted something with extra cushion on my heel for walking. Last weekend I went for a 3 mile walk near the beach and the only issue I had was some rubbing towards the end of my walk on my right pinky toe. Heels were fine.

Love them, they have saved my life. Fit great, stable walking for the first time in a long time. Have tried specially made inserts, shoes etc. with no luck. These shoes have a metal stabilizing bar on the sole that I believe will help if you have plantar fasciitis as I do. Will purchase another pair soon.

A flat-footers friend! I am completely flat-footed & have bunions. I work retail and am on my feet for long hours on unpadded floors. By the end of the day, my feet and legs are aching. I had taken to putting arch supports in my old shoes, so when I got these I figured I'd have to do the same. Wrong! I wound up with a blister! But when I took them out and wore the shoe as is, I was pleasantly surprised to find it had enough arch support to get me thru the day! My hardest decision was what color to buy! Well worth the money and as always, the service from Zappos is outstanding!

Review - I bought this pair because the RX3040 were out of stock in my size. I like them at least as well. I had worn my 3040's to way past the point of being worn out. I haven't had problems with heel spurs etc. since I started wearing the ECCO's with orthotics in them.

This shoe is amazing!! I never have associated Ecco with an athletic shoe, so had it not been for the sales person at The Walking Store, I would never have thought to even look. I was looking for new Saucony's or New Balance, which so far have been my favorites, but I think that just changed! They run small; go up at least a half size. I normally wear a 9.5 with very thin socks, and these I had to buy a size larger. Arch support is better than most sneakers, but I bought a thin copper orthotic to insert instead of the insole it comes with. The heel cushioning is amazing, and just like in the description, the shoe actually propels you forward. It fits snug but not tight. It's not the greatest looking shoe perhaps, but it has none of the ugly, old fashioned Ecco styling, either. Great shoe! Buy at Zappos, they are great, too. When you order shoes from them online, the shoes appear on your door step as soon as you hit the "submit order" button.

Great Walking Shoe - Normally I get a size 12, but really heard good things about this shoe, so wanted to try it. It was wonderful from the first day I wore it, I walk 5 miles, 5 days a week and have had no problems with it. Had to get thinner socks, but that didn't cause any problems either, do wish they would make larger sizes, and then it would be perfect.

Great Fit - The sneaker was roomy and fit my orthotic. Very comfortable.

Wonderful shoe. The most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Well worth the money. I have arthritis in my feet and I usually walk with a walker or cane. Since I bought these shoes, I don't have to use either one.

ECCO continues to perform - I went to a search on my computer and typed in "walking shoe that is best for support." The first search showed this particular ECCO shoe. Due to doctor's orders, I had to begin walking 2 miles per day, and thus developed a problem with my left heel hurting when I walked. I needed something that would not only provide good support, but that would cushion the pounding that I was creating on my right heel. They are great. My heel does not hurt at all now that I am wearing this particular ECCO shoe.

JUST O K - Not crazy about the look of this shoe...but kept them because Ecco's are the only athletic shoe I can wear.

Walking - These shoes fit will and are very comfortable. I have always worn ASICS and these compare favorably with them. Time will tell how well they wear. I have had trouble in the past with ECCO shoes wearing out very quickly.
