Sebago Plaza SKU #7359815(View on Zappos.com Classic)

Nice looking traditional loafer that's the classic jean shoe. But it's so narrow (even though I ordered wide) and relatively pointed in the toe area that I understand why other reviewers suggested sizing up. That wasn't the answer for me: going up 1/2 size just made the shoe too long without enough room in the forefoot. The heel was narrow and rubbed, although it probably would loosen up. The leather seemed soft enough to wear without a long break-in period, but the rubber sole provided minimal comfort. After a 2-minute trial, I couldn't wait to take them off. My difficult, seemingly endless search for a classic but comfortable loafer continues...

I was really looking forward to this shoe and pleased with how quickly it arrived. And the look and style were exactly what I wanted. I usually have to buy a store bought 9 to accommodate the width of my foot, but if I can find a C width, then an 8 1/2 will fit perfectly. However, even though this shoe is stamped as an 8 1/2 C, I couldn't even get them past the ball of my feet. Ridiculously small. I don't recommend this shoe, only because the sizing is a crap shoot. I'm returning this shoe and not buying a replacement.

Sebago Plaza-Great look, fit & comfort - I have been looking for quite some time for penny loafers. Finally found them at Zappos. It is a great style that works for business causual and just plain casual. I love them!

Looks nice, however, fit and comfort was not. Unable to wear, ordered 8.5 like all my other shoes and the Sebago 8.5 was too small. Exchanged for a size 9 and it was entirely too loose. Have to return.

A beautiful classic - Great shoe. High quality construction and materials. I ordered a narrower size for my wide feet because my last pair of Sebago shoes stretched after a few months of use and started gapping at the sides. These are much stiffer, and although they have comfortably stretched after a month, they certainly are not as giving as the other style. I wear them comfortably without socks and they still feel great after a ten hour day. I would certainly buy these again.

Narrow in the toe box - The quality of this shoe looks good, but it is narrow in the toe box and I was disappointed that it was so tight across the wide part of my foot. I even got a half size larger than I normally do, but could not wear it and returned it.

Great Shoe! My husband has worn Sebago for years and has always commented on the fact that there is no break-in period. He's right! I highly recommend this shoe.

Completely satisfied - I was looking for a different name brand when I came across this shoe. I wasn't sure I would like these as well. The other brand I’ve been buying since high school. I keep a pair of penny loafers for casual - around the office wear these are perfect.
