Great Boot. Great cut. Narrower than most Docs which is ideal. Be aware that the buckle in the back jingles when you walk. I wound up sewing it to the small hole in the back of boot.

Nice Boots! These are great boots... as long as you know what you're getting. Doc Martens run LARGE! Also, there is no zipper, so you will have to lace them every time! That said, I love these boots. They are comfy and great-looking. I bought them to wear on my scooter, but actually wear them all the time.

Definitely loved these boots - I have been wearing these non-stop since I bought them about 3 weeks ago. The fit is great though I have wide feet, so I had to spend some time breaking them in, now they are perfect. I love the laces that come with them. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone that is considering them.

Brands I'd also recommend: The three to five hole Docs. Love them just as much!

Knock-out boot. These boots required no break-in time and were comfortable from hour 1. I get comments all the time about how "cute" they are. Being an almost senior citizen, I love being able to wear something stylish and comfortable at the same time. Great with leggings. I only wear Dr. Martens and own several different styles of boots, but these have turned out to be my favorites.

Surprisingly light weight boot - These are super cute motorcycle-type boots. They come with an extra pair of laces if you don't like the satin ones (but I do!) they run a little big...I’m going to add an insert...but they have a very light weight and are comfortable for such a "heavy" looking boot. Zappos got these to me within 24 hours of my order at no extra charge! I love Zappos!!!

Love My Docs - I love these boots so much. I have wanted a pair of Doc Martens since I was a teen and really wanted an updated version of the classic. I love how tough these boots look, but still have the feminine touches with the pink plaid and satin laces. I really feel super cool when I wear these. They are also so, so, so, so comfortable. I was worried they would be stiff, but from the moment I first put these on, they were perfect. I cannot wait to get a motorcycle so I can wear these. I really love these boots.

Cool, comfy boot - I've been wanting a pair of Docs for a long time, and after much indecision, ended up with these. I'm glad I did. They look really cool, and they're very comfortable as well. You're supposed to be able to wear them folded over if you want; I think that looks pretty clunky. But they look great laced all the way up.

Best boots ever!! I have always worn Dr. Martens boots and shoes and have always loved them - but these boots are the best boots I've ever owned. They are the softest leather and they are comfortable right away. There is no "breaking in" period. These boots are awesome!

I'd tried a pair of 18 hole Docs in the past and just didn't like the fit. Unlike those - this pair was instantly comfortable (a little break in at the ankle that required a band-aid, but hardly noticeable). These will be my skirt, pant, everything boots for the winter. I particularly like the low heel. The only thing that keeps these from 5 stars for me is convenience. There is no side zipper and they don't have speed lacing. So you have to lace and unlace them every time. The ribbon laces are cute, though.

Shoe runs BIG! I bought a size 8 because my feet are wide and I like a little extra room, which is what I do with all my close-toed purchases, but I look like I'm wearing clown shoes! The shoes are beautiful and I'm going to exchange them for a smaller size (unfortunately no half-sizes so I'm gonna have to risk a size 7 and hope for the best). Actually, a size 7 may be just right because these are massively big shoes!

Still breaking these in - I love the look of these boots and have worn them 4x, and they are still cutting into the backs of my heels despite the band-aids. I'm hoping these will break in soon because I really like the look of the shoe, and I have had Doc Martens in the past (shorter boot & oxford) which I loved. I have big calves and they made their way around them, much to my delight.

No arch support and the elastic is very binding. As I wrote under my review of the Oylle style, it appears Arche is changing their last. I have been wearing Arche for years, but if these two styles are the new Arche, I won’t be wearing any new pairs… just hoping the pairs I have last.

Amazing - I was looking for a pair of tall, black boots that weren't high heeled, laced up, and didn't have a zipper on the side for convenience. When I saw these, I fell instantly in love. I was disappointed, though, because I am a women size 11, and these apparently only run up to women size 10 (UK 8). I did some research on Dr. Martens, though, and found out that they run big, and that their sizing translation from UK to US sizes isn't actually accurate. I have bought men shoes before and I know that I am a size 9.5, yet Dr. Martens say that a woman’s 11 are a man’s 10. I ended up finding a store that sold Dr. Martens shoes (not these boots, but other ones) and I tried on the UK 8 and UK 9. Even though their sizing charts say that the UK 9 should fit a US woman 11, it was way too large. I would have needed to wear a pair or two of winter socks with it. The UK 8 (supposedly women 10) fit wonderfully, so I ordered my shoes. I love them. One thing that surprised me was that the inside material is wool, which I wasn't expecting. It was scratchy on my legs at first, but I stopped noticing it after a while. I like the ribbons but do like that they sent another pair of normal laces, just in case. The boots are really easy to lace up, the eyelets on the shaft are really large and I can get both boots on and laced in about two minutes.

LOVE THESE SHOES!!!! I absolutely love these shoes! I have not gotten over the black chunky shoe look that I always enjoyed wearing and comfort is one of the most important things to me in a shoe or boot. The leather is much softer than the usual Dr. Marten leather and these boots come with two sets of laces; one is a silky lace that is very feminine and the other is the usual black lace. I love anything tartan and it was a bonus that these boots came with a decorative tartan interior. I would highly recommend these boots! Run, don't walk!
