I was completely satisfied with my order from Zappos. The order was a gift for my boyfriend. The shoes looked exactly like what I saw in the picture. What I was more impressed with was the fact that the subtotal was the same as the total. Not like other websites where somehow $20 gets added on after your subtotal. What I was most impressed with was the time I received my package. I ordered the shoes at 4 pm on Monday & they arrived at 2 pm the next day at no extra charge. I will continue ordering from Zappos because they really do keep the customer first.

These are great shoes. Nice strong shoes. I do believe the size runs about 1 size larger than normal, but they are great shoes. Love them!

Nice! I like these shoes... they look very sharp and go with just about anything. It’s taking me a bit to get used to them not being as snug as my lace-ups, but they are very comfortable, easy on/off, and all in all... A wonder buy!

Smooth - I have just ordered the wheat flavor and the steel ring really makes them look smooth. I have been wearing LUGZ since they hit the scene in the early 90's and I love them. Be careful cause you must do the work to protect them and pay for the protectants. I have developed techniques over the years to keep them tight, but the shoe will wear out long before the soul will. LUGZ souls last for ever and I have never worn one down since the early 90's. New smooth style that makes many player hate! Go LUGZ!!
Brands I'd also recommend: Timberland, Ecko, Phat Farm

About Lugz
Always an innovator and leader in urban footwear, Lugz first made a name for itself in October of 1993, bringing its first line of boots to market, with the initial product consisting of two styles of boots, a quilted vest and a pair of jeans.
Soon Lugz was endorsed by key players from the world of hip hop and has continued to do so throughout the years. One of such collaborations led to Lugz breathing life to a whole new category of footwear with the introduction of the first ever celebrity-endorsed "Funk Master Flex" urban driving shoe. This was only the beginning, as support then led to a collaborative line with hip-hop superstar Bryan "Baby" Williams, aka "Birdman" with his own series of sneakers and boots.
In 2006, Orange County Choppers, the world's premier builders of custom motorcycles, signed on to endorse Lugz shoes, which they were already wearing so it was a natural fit. With its aggressive "built for the city reputation", Lugz collaborated with Paul Teutul Jr to create a signature Lugz shoe, "the Torx", which interpreted this incredibly well.
In the fall of 2008 Lugz shot on to the Mixed Martial Arts scene signing its first two MMA fighters, Lyoto Machida and Houston Alexander, as endorsers. With MMA becoming the fastest growing sport/entertainment platform with an increasingly growing fan base, Lugz was excited to be a part of this growing trend and later signed Quinton "Rampage" Jackson. In 2010, Cain Velasquez, who currently ranks #2 in the MMA heavyweight division, became the newest endorser of Lugz. From its inception, Lugz footwear has been an innovator in the footwear market from its trend-setting styles such as the Strutt, Drifter, and Charger, to creating signature styles beyond boots, and has added casual shoes and athletics to the mix for the Lugz men, Lugz women and Lugz kids lines.

Based on the reviews, I bought them .5 size too small and now regret it. They felt good at first and seem to have shrunk a bit over time. Now they feel too tight and I don't like wearing them much. I really, really wish I would have bought the correct size. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The do appear wider in real life compared to the photos, but again, if they were a half size bigger, that might be less of an issue, too.
Brands I'd also recommend: Doc Martens, Skechers

Boots cracked in the front area where boot wrinkles on the second month after purchase. Lots of compliments but boots are not of quality. Did not know how to go about returning to Lugz. Did not have much time to resolve. Would not buy Lugz again.Orig loyal customer to Lugz.
Brands I'd also recommend: Harley, Timberland, etc.
