I love these shoes, I bought them in the purple and they always make me smile. I ordered my normal size and they’re roomy, but I wouldn’t go smaller. They are good for light hiking and walks, but maybe not for a serious all day hike. They’re very lightweight, great for the summer.

Keens are super comfortable. It took me twice wearing them to break them in. I love wearing them with or without socks. The color is great, everyone comments on it.

I originally ordered a paid of Keen Portland Mary Janes and loved them, but they were too short, despite ordering up 1/2 size. Unfortunately, I can’t find the Portland anywhere online, so I ordered these instead. I was hesitant to order them due to some comments in reviews, but since Zappos has free shipping both ways, I didn’t have anything to lose. I was amazed that they showed up less than 24 hours after I ordered them. Zappos aims to please. I am a large, tall woman with feet to match. I normally wear a 10, so ordered these in an 11, due to the Portlands being too short. That was the right call. They are wider and a little sloppy, so I put in an insole, which is fine, and since I have some custom orthotics I use when plantar fasciitis flares up, it’s good that there’s some extra room in them. They do not look ridiculous on my feet or like "clown shoes" as some reviews have said. LOL! They are very cute, although a bit too wide. I do have narrow feet, but they swell due to autoimmune arthritis, so it’s good that I can adjust the buckle and that there’s some extra room. They have good arch support and would be fine for someone with plantar fasciitis. They are nice and lightweight, they are incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I still want to find the Portlands in an 11 though. They fit better.

I bought a second pair of these after I walked the first pair into the ground. I think I wore/wear this shoe almost every day and it is possibly the MOST comfortable shoe I have ever worn. It looks good with jeans and skirts and capris and it’s girlie/funky/outdoorsie all rolled into one!

These are amazingly comfortable. I love them to pieces. I have super wide feet, and I can never find comfortable shoes to wear. When I got these, I put them on, and the first thing I said was, "Ouch." The toe box was stiff and jammed into the tops of my feet, and the heel part rubbed against my heels, but I persevered and wore them a little at a time to break them in, and now, a week later, I love these shoes! They are very versatile – I can wear them to work with pants or skirts, I can wear them on a hike or through muddy fairgrounds. I can even run in them. They are as comfortable as sneakers and have great traction and stability. I am looking forward to wearing these every day this summer.

These shoes are fine. A little sloppy but put some inserts in them and have been wearing them almost every day since.

These shoes are fantastic! I am a teacher and I wear these to school almost every day! My feet are on the wide side, but the B width is fine! They are very attractive and very stylish! I cannot say enough about Zappos’ fantastic service! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service.

I've had these shoes for 4 months and I love them! I wear them practically every day. They're so comfortable and good to walk in. I am definitely planning to buy another pair of Keens soon.
