Really love the compartments and the middle zippered compartment keeps your wallet safe. Swings over the shoulder easily and stays there so you can forget about it. Initially I thought the shape was a little too angular and boy I was wrong. I carried it for a week and it's already a nice slouchy satchel/shoulder bag look. It's nicely broken in and the compartments become expanded like the picture and look very much like the retro look from the 1960s/70s. I'd love to see this bag in more colors next season if it hasn't been discontinued.

Great casual, chic bag. The leather is soooo smushy, soft, and yummy. The bag hangs on the shoulder well and slouches up against the body nicely. A good size but not oversized-looking. I love the three main compartments and the fact that one is secured with a zipper. The front turnlock pockets are handy too. Worth the investment for sure. I have the dark grey which is more of a fall color, thinking of getting the light French grey for summer...

Large, soft and very stylish -
The Totally Turnlock Teri is a great bag. Although it is fairly large, the leather is so soft it almost conforms to your body. There is ample room for everything.
It is a luxurious feel to pick it up. I dislike large, cumbersome bags, but this is [large] slim & pleasing. You will enjoy it!

I really like this bag! Super soft, I got mine in the denim and love the color. It has a lot of space, the only thing is that it’s heavy so don't cram stuff in it. My first Marc By Marc Jacobs bag and I'm very happy with it.

I love this bag!
This bag is perfect - big enough to shlep all my stuff, but not obnoxiously large. I bought the light french grey and it is the perfect neutral color.

Native New Yorker, Marc Jacobs began his design career in 1981 when he attended Parsons School of Design. On the evening that Marc Jacobs was showing his senior collection and receiving some of the school’s highest honors, a fashion executive in the audience took immediate notice. The conversation that followed led to the creation of a partnership based on two very simple concepts: a love for fashion and a commitment to quality.

Fabulous Bag -
I love the Totally Turnlock Teri I purchased from you. I opted for the Fools Gold color which goes with just about everything. The quality of the leather is superb and the whole look is stunning. The only thing I didn't like was that the straps aren't quite long enough to make it a shoulder bag which is my preferred type. If I am wearing just a sweater or shirt, it fits over my shoulder, but with any type jacket, it doesn't. I still would have purchased it knowing that it wouldn't be a shoulder bag. I'm not sure it should be classified as a shoulder bag. Regardless, I highly recommend this bag.

This bag is very roomy, the leather is super soft, but it is very heavy. I'm 5’1” and find it a bit oversized for me. The compartmentalization is great as it helps with organization. It’s a very practical, functional, everyday bag. The quality is excellent.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Totally Turnlock Teri in Elderberry -
I LOVE this bag! I have several Marc Jacobs collection bags but I see myself wearing this one even more often! The leather is so soft (especially the handles which are super comfy), the elderberry color is GORGEOUS (I would describe it as eggplant - very deep and rich and surprisingly neutral), and it's plenty roomy for everything I need to tote around. Plus Zappos shipped it overnight for free - you can't beat that customer service! Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

This purse is a MUST HAVE! I love this purse! The color is amazing. I got the cranberry fields, which is way cuter than plain black. The leather is super soft and great quality. I would buy it again for sure!

One word - Perfect!
First off, this was my very first time ordering from Zappos. Let me say that I'm so satisfied because they upgraded my shipping and made it the overnight shipping. So when I ordered Thursday, I got it on Monday! When I first opened the box, I could see the thick straps which I love about this handbag. I got the bag in the "earth color" and I am so glad I did because it goes with just about everything. I took the tissue paper off, only to reveal the super, super soft leather! I love the size, I was afraid it would be too oversized for someone like me who is 5'3". It’s absolutely perfect! Perfect style for me because it has a lot of compartments, like the two "pockets" on the front and three sections inside. Before I had a little Coach purse, so this a big difference! I can fit a water bottle, my big clunky cell-phone, a pencil pouch, a notepad, sunglasses, etc. It's great. I would definitely recommend this bag for anyone who has a lot of things to carry around, is looking for a fashionable bag, and of course loves Marc Jacobs! Hurry before they're out of stock!

I absolutely love this bag! I wear it everyday! I'm deficient when it comes to organization so the compartments were a blessing! Very sturdy and very stylish! I want this bag in every color! Ok, I know I just got this bag today, but I was so excited when I saw FedEx pull up. This bag is so cute and just so soft. It is def. one of the most functional bags I have ever owned. The great color (Earth) will go with everything and great for anytime of the year. Great bag and designer and I love Zappos!

Luxurious Handbag!
I got my handbag today and I love it. I got the cream color and it is so soft and pretty. It is also very functional. Zappos upgraded my shipping, and I got my bag in 24 hrs at no additional cost! Marc Jacobs is great and so is Zappos.

This is a great bag -- it is very roomy and the three compartments make it very easy to keep everything organized, which is what makes it perfect for everyday use. The straps are very soft and wide and slightly quilted so if it becomes a little overloaded, the straps don't cut into your shoulder. It's cute and functional -- my only wish was that I was able to get it in brown (I got the black).

I got this bag in black and it is so gorgeous and versatile. I am really happy with it! Definitely worth the price and the hype! Plenty of pockets so I stay organized, and zip compartments so everything is secure. Supple leather and cushy shoulder straps so that the heaviness isn't a bother.
Plus, Zappos sent it overnight for free and I knew that if I didn't like it, I could send it back to them with no hassles!! Love Zappos!!

Marc Jacobs Rocks!
This bag is gorgeous! Creamy smooth, super high quality leather that is the softest I've ever felt in a handbag. It is extremely roomy without being too bulky and enough separate pockets to keep all my 'stuff' organized. I am a handbag freak and own several designer bags, but this one has become my new favorite. My only disappoinment is the straps aren't quite long enough to wear the bag comfortably on my shoulder. Other than that...what a treasure of a handbag! I've seen serious 'bag envy' in the eyes of several of my friends and colleagues.

This bag is truly better looking in person. It looks great whether empty or full. I'm really small size (5ft1) and was quite worried that it was too oversized for me... but it is fine. The middle zip compartment is great for my personal stuff, the two outer compartments I use for my kid's bottles, diapers and clothes... the two front pockets are great for keys and wallet and mobile phone. It’s such a practical, functional bag.

In a word... amazing! I agree with the others who posted that this bag is very heavy, but you may have to just adjust the shoulder you carry it on and go with the flow. The leather is buttery soft. I think the dimensions may be off (I almost did not order it because I wanted a slightly larger bag), but it's so chic… who cares?
