The eS Square One seems to be a good all around shoe for my needs. I so far have been using them as a casual out and about shoe and a walking shoe. Very comfy and seem to fit me well. Thanks to Zappos for offering such a wide variety of shoes.

The shoes are hands down the most plain, but stylish shoe I've ever purchased. I've tried a handful of these shoes, and I have to stick with them, they make great products. I think the only thing is that if your into stairs or jumping off big things, these are not really the shoe for that, but anything other than that it's a really great skate shoe.

I have had these shoes for about 1 month and love the color, fit and feel. I would like to revisit in about 6 months and let you know how they wear.

This shoe is amazing! I ride BMX everyday so I need a shoe that has great cushion and grip on my pedals. These have it. Mine are brown with black suede. These are the best shoes I have ever worn!

I got these shoes last March and they are still in one piece and haven\'t worn down much. But I am not the type of skater that gets new shoes every 2 months or so. Overall these shoes are great. And if you want a smaller rubber outsole, get these.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes. I usually wear a size 10, but ordered a size 9.5 and they are perfect. Look great with jeans, many compliments, and feel like a part of my feet. Es is da best! Zappos too of course. They're Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreatt!

Nice looking shoe, was happy for a few weeks, but these fell apart faster than any other shoes I’ve ever owned. No arch support whatsoever and the insole disintegrated over time. Wore through the sole way too quickly with just casual wear. Once that started to happen, on wet days they would soak up water into my socks like a sponge. If you want a durable shoe, look elsewhere. If you want waterlogged socks, then these are for you! Much preferred my Adio and Etnies shoes which were FAR more durable.

Great shoes - These shoes were great. They do rip rather quickly, but when ripped, they still give you better grip than most shoes do new, so it’s not that much of a problem. And for those people complaining that the sole is to thin, it’s supposed to be like that, it’s so you get better board feel. And then if you still don't like it, pop in an extra insole and problem solved.

Amazing - These are the best shoes ever. Only one complaint, though. If they get wet the toe cap gets messed. But other than that it is the best. I plan on getting these again

OMG Square One model - This shoe is awesome...I have skated eS all my life and I say this shoe is the best yet. It made me a believer from the first time I skated these...I love them... they just need a little more padding...

Wow at first... But close to a disappointment...after only about a month they started ripping on the toe. It was very thin and ripped...all I was doing was Ollies. It looks great and feels awesome (not so much in the toe area) but not too durable...seem a bit bigger than marked. :/ Thx Zappos for fast delivery though.

Best skate shoe, but rips the fastest - This is a sick shoe to skate in, but the shoe rips into shreds and separates from the sole in about 2 weeks of skating. This shoe rips in about the time it would take a normal Vans shoe to rip in a year.

California - These shoes lasted me about 2 weeks. The side part of both of them ripped completely off and I had to hold it together with shoe goo. If you’re a skater that does big stair sets and alot of flip ground tricks, then I recommend you don't get them.

Ok these shoes were good for about the first two weeks. They didn't rip fast but where the heel is, the whole inside of it collapsed. That was a big problem. I kept skating them for another couple of days and the sole started to fall off. So in my case, the shoes were crap.

eS Square One - Ignore all the reviews about them ripping right away, just put some hot glue or shoo goo around the vulc part and start skating. I did that and these have been great, so far all that has ripped was a little hole by the toe cap and the back of the sole has come off the heel but shoo goo will fix that instantly. Honestly these shoes are great, I had these then bought Emerica’s and skated them for a month and went back to my old Square One’s because they were so much better, trust me these will last you and they are worth the money!
