Great boots. My son loves them. They are easy to slip on and off. True to size.

I purchased this boot for my 5 year old it was a size bigger than the actual size. Appearance the it looked great, when I opened the box it smelled as if the boot were in a fire. It had a horrible smoke smell. I called and got a new pair thinking maybe this was just a mistake, the second pair smelled the same as the first one, not sure why this is. The representative on the phone was very courteous but I an returning the second pair as well.

Sturdy boots that run a little big--it may take your little one a couple tries to get used to wearing them.

Great boots, my 8 year old son loves them. Easy for him to get on and off himself with the handles. Seem sturdy and well made so far. The yellow color is bright and fun. We are happy with this purchase!

The boots are very cool, but are a little heavy so when we pick up our son they are falling off. He is getting used to them but I'm sure they'll do the job running in the rain!

These are great little guy rubber boots made to wear in sloppy weather. My little guy loves mud and these boots are easy for him to pull on and off. They are durable and well constructed. They appear to run a little big in size and that helps when we use thicker socks. They give him the freedom to splash, slop and sink up to his little ankles in his favorite stuff, mud!

The boot fits true to size and is very durable. This is our second pair of Western Chief Boots, these boots are built to last!

Great Superhero Boots - My 4 yr old son loves these boots. They are waterproof in puddles and he can run in them. After awhile (3 months of constant use), the heel gets worn down, but overall, very durable. This is our 3rd pair. I love the patterns. He wears a 9.5 sneaker, but can wear anywhere from 8-10 in these boots.

Exactly What I Was Looking For - Great boot! My son wanted a plain blue rain boot - one without any decoration, and this is perfect. It's glossy blue with dark green trim along the bottom. It's a heavy, durable boot. He says it's comfortable.

Great yellow rubber boots - I am lucky in that I have small feet and can wear kidâ??s shoes. These boots are cute and extremely practical. They pull on with the loops and are sooo comfy. Besides that, you can splash thru puddles in them. How great is that? Thanks Zappos!

Don't bother - I have had 3 pairs of these boots (stupid me kept trying) and they ALL busted out the back seam very quickly. Don't waste what little money you have left these days on this brand of boot.

Great fit - We found the boot to be attractive, functional for playing in the mud, and size appropriate.

Well made and low cost - These boots are well made and worth the price. My son loves these boots we have had to put him to bed with them on. Good weather proofing and traction on snow and ice.

Adorable, but not indestructible boots - This is our 4th pair of Western Firechief boots. Our son loves them so much we just got the first pair bronzed. They are great for the rain, but don't hold up to the every day use that our son has put them through. I'm sure if used as intended they would hold up great.

Boots - My grandson loves his fireman boots. They are great in the rain and hopefully will be good in the snow.

Best rain boots! Western Chief makes the best rain boots for kids. They're completely worth paying a little more for. They're nice and roomy and kids can easily pull them on themselves. Our boys have wide feet and they fit great. It's the 2nd year in a row we've bought this style and super-cute boxes that you can use to store kids' treasures.

He likes them - I bought these for my four-year-old and he loves them! They are very easy for him to put on and take off by himself. He's only had the chance to wear them in the rain once so far, but they kept his feet nice and dry.

Toddler Who Loves Fireboots - My son, who is three, loves these boots. I didn't get them specifically for the rain, but rather to complete his firefighter outfit that he wears for pretend play. The fact that is good for galoshing around in the rain is a bonus. I haven't tested its inclement weather capacity, but in terms of looks, it's great.
