The Best Boot - I have had this boot for 2 years, it has never let me down, rain or dress, put a little shoe shine to it once and a while and you’re ready to go in the evening....the leather has held up GREAT and the look still is GREAT after 2 years!!

Boot - Not as nice as the UGG EILER 9.5 medium, but a good spare pair. My guy wears size 8.5 and bought a 9.5 EE and this brand now fits perfect. Yes, there is a huge difference in every single pair of shoes/boots manufacturers out there, but oh so important to have the correct fit each and every time that is why we love ZAPPOS! Thank you.

Great boot - A great looking, all-around boot. Comfortable enough to wear all day and sharp enough to wear out at night. Order 1/2 size smaller and you should be all set.

Good boots! For wide feet this boot is really comfortable (ordered the wide size). Looks good under pant legs. Roughed up leather is put-offy at first but really starts to look better with wearing.

Timberlands - Very happy with this boot, my second pair. Look good with a pair of jeans or casual pants. Highly recommend.

Additional Brand Information

The Timberland story begins in 1952, when Nathan Swartz buys part of the Abington Shoe Company. He learns how to make shoes, and starts working on ways to make them better. Timberland history was in the making in 1965 when the Swartz family introduced injection molding to the footwear industry and the first truly waterproof Timberland® leather footwear is born.

The Timberland mission is to equip men, women, and kids to make a difference in their world. Timberland does this by creating outstanding shoes, clothes, watches, and other accessories and by trying to make a difference in the communities where they live and work.

Timberland is a big company made up of a lot of small parts and incredibly talented people. They make boots, shoes, clothes, watches, and various gear that are comfortable enough to wear all day and rugged enough for all year. The people at Timberland don't rest on their accomplishments. If they did, they’d have only made one waterproof leather boot.

This is his second pair! My husband loves these boots. All weather and do not leak. Important in the upper Midwest. Lots of snow and ice. Great traction. He wears them almost every day during winter.

Perfect Boot - My last pair of these boots lasted 3 years and is still going strong. They are just as comfortable as the day I bought them. My wardrobe is pretty casual and these go great with either jeans or khakis. I haven't noticed them being hot but I do wear them with thin, cycling socks. (Defeet)

New "go to" boot - I've owned Blundstones for years, but lately the fit doesn't work for me. These are more spacious across the instep and therefore more comfortable. They also have a leather pull-on loop in the back which is easier to grab than the fabric doohickey on the Blundstones. Cooler all around look - jeans, khakis, etc.

I bought a pair of Bogs boots for wearing in the garden. I wound up wearing them all winter as snow boots. They were comfortable and they didn't make my ankles sweat. These Bogs shoes are just as comfortable. They have good arch support and are nice and soft inside. They also have the fantastic non-slip soles that I love in the boots. I bought a half size bigger because I always wear thick socks. This made the heels slip a bit, but I put in some heel cushions and now they fit great! If I wore normal socks like a normal person the regular size would probably have been fine.

Nice boot - Nice looking boot; pretty comfortable, but a little warm for year-round wear. I ordered 1/2 size lower (based on other reviews) and fit is good. Shipping was super-fast thanks to a next day upgrade.

Outstanding Men’s Shoe - This is the second pair I've had. The first pair lasted 2 years of everyday wear. The soles are excellent for icy conditions. Very comfortable, looks great with a suit.

A Very Pleased Customer - I am very pleased with my order of these shoes, I ordered them one day and received them the very next day. They fit just fine, was a little, because I wear a wide shoe usually a 4E and these are just a 2E, but they fit perfect and they are really are comfortable, as I am on my feet a lot at work and they feel good on my feet. P.S. Thinking about getting another pair.

Timberland Torrance Chelsea Boot - Great looking and wearing boot. Size is true to norm. Material holds up well. Very comfortable. Low supply of unique color/material combinations. Zappos only place that has a decent variety.

The best pair of boots I own - I was a little worried about buying a pair of boots without laces, but I really had nothing to worry about with Zappos free 2 way shipping. The boots fit great right out of the box and they are so comfortable. Everywhere I go people actually notice these boots. Did I mention that they are very durable? I love them.

Awesome Shoe - I am a fan of Timberlands. I've worn other brands, but Timberlands have been my favorite. They're very waterproof, durable and soft on the feet. I am giving it a four instead of a five for comfort only because I also have a Timberland Davit Chelsea Boot, which is super comfortable. Otherwise, it's great. I would suggest wearing longer socks so the boot doesn't scrape your shins.

Beautiful Boots - So Long as they Stay in your Closet - I own two pair of these beauties, and they are as comfortable as they are classically beautiful. The problem is that they scuff and STAIN ridiculously easily, and nothing - absolutely nothing - I've tried will either keep them clean or get stains out once they appear (hence my having two pairs). This fault makes them inappropriate for everyday wear. Also, if you need true arch support, you'll need to buy inserts.

6 months and doing well - Very supportive. Good traction without looking like mud tires. Good for short hikes and long motorcycle rides. Just spent last three days at shot show, Las Vegas convention center with them. 8 hours a day on my feet and felt well at the end of the day.

Great Boot. Being a first-time dress boot wearer, I was a little skeptical but once I put it on and wore it I knew that these were going to be a great purchase.

Runs a bit big compared to other brands - I really like the comfort of this shoe. But the size 8 I order in medium width had way too much room and felt like they might actually rub a lot if walking fast. I normally wear an 8 medium in J & M, Keen, and Stonefly FWIW. While I found the comfort great, I did not like the look enough for use with much other than jeans. The non-gloss black is a more casual look in person than I thought it would be. No worries though with Zappos, I actually found a lace up Timberland to try instead. Yes also very casual but I know that going into it and that style will work for my intent, hopefully that fit will be a bit better.

Excellent Shoe! I ordered these shoes for my husband for Christmas. I seriously got them the very next day after I had ordered them. I ordered his normal size and they were too big, so we sent them back and the smaller size fit perfect! Great for a dressier look with jeans. He calls them his "sexy boots"!
