Ordered the Ugg Ultra Short in my usual Ugg size 8, it was way too big, sloppy almost, order down a size and you will be happy, I did and wow! They are made in New Zealand; quality is truly there in my opinion. Great for running in and outdoors because of the rubber sole. I just wipe it off and they are new. I love Zappos for just about everything!

These are my first pair of Uggs. I had a couple pairs of knock-offs but they don't compare at all! These are so warm and comfy but don't make your feet feel uncomfortably hot or anything. I chose this style over the original short because I live in Illinois and we get a lot of ice and snow and wanted a boot that could handle all of that ickyness (the original says it isn't meant to be used in snow or ice). These feels very substantial and should last for years - plus they were on sale! Yay! I was apprehensive in ordering a size down, but very glad I did - they fit perfectly. I usually wear a 9 and ordered these in a size 8 so they definitely run big. They fit snugly but plenty of room and I am sure they will stretch out a bit too. Zappos of course rocked - received them two days after ordering. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

They are worth every penny. It's a long winter in Chicago, so I'm purchasing these for my 6th grade daughter. She wears them every day and they are warm and don't fall apart!

I have been wearing Uggs for over 15 years. There is nothing like them. These are the boots I reach for every morning. I got them to replace the first pair I ever bought. I wear an 8 shoe, a 7 in Uggs. Of course, Zappos is an amazing site. You cannot go wrong. They offer free delivery both ways, no problem with returns. They are absolutely amazing. Very fast shipping! They seem much sturdier than the classic. I ordered a 7 and normally wear an 8 in shoes. They are a little snug so I hope they stretch a little.

Fit great and purchased in the Chocolate color. I have the triple bailey in the black and the Fruit Punch in the short Bailey Button. I love having a variety of colors to wear and shipping was awesome. Ordered on the 20th and received on the 21st; now that's fast shipping! Fit true to size and these are a little on the shorter side on the shaft then the normal classic to me, but they say these are 8 1/4 inches in the shaft, but any way you look at it these are one of the best ones made and they are made in New Zealand as most Ugg's are made in China. Something to consider when buying your boots. These have the nice sole great for rain and winter weather. Love them! A girl cannot have to many Ugg's! Love my 5 pairs!

Okay, so I ordered a size 6 for my daughter...they were awesome! I loved the color so much I ordered myself a pair a week later. The quality of mine was below par, tufts of wool were coming out, the wool was not near as plush as my daughter's or as soft. Called Zappos. They ordered me a new pair, apologized and sent me postage paid shipping back. My new pair are awesome. So soft, like cashmere. This is my third pair I have ordered from Zappos. I've bought about 5 or 6 pair over the years and Zappos outshines all the stores! Thanks Zappos for excellent customer service. Will be loyal for years.

Love these boots. I wear an 8.5 or 9 in shoes, and purchased these in an 8. They are perfect. The sole makes them a more significant and sturdy shoe. The insole is also removable. So worth the extra cost above the regular Ugg cost.

I love these Ugg boots. I wear them all the time. I have them in tan and brown. Waiting for the black to go on sale. They are oh so comfortable, like walking on air and they breathe. I wear them with no socks. Highly recommend.

I never thought I would own a pair of Ugg's, but these for sure changed my mind; I always hated the fact that Ugg's have foam soles, but these have very nice sturdy rubber soles. Not the prettiest shoes in the world, but oh my are they comfy. The insole is really nice with sheep fuzz and layers of foam padding. I even used them on my winter trip to Disneyland, so they can handle a lot of walking/standing. For sure go a size smaller than normal or use Zappos awesomeness and order two sizes to see which you like best.

I love these boots so much! I just got them delivered today (after a little technical difficulty - although no worries - I still love Zappos!). Anywho, these are plush, warm, and definitely run big. I am a size 7 in most other shoes; but in Uggs, I wear a 6. These proved to be no different. There is plenty of room in the toe box to wiggle your tootsies without compromising comfort. They're made in New Zealand...and the value? It gets no better than this. Get them in your normal Uggs size before they sell out!
