It had been 30 years since I had bought a pair of Frye boots. These are still built as good or even better. This style with the neoprene sole bottom with the leather midsole wears better for riding my motorcycle yet has the leather comfort. Plus this is a great looking boot.

It's been about a year now and I still wear this boot all the time, even when I'm not riding my bike. It's super comfortable, looks great, fits perfectly. I can't say anything bad about it. It even fits my giant calves and my size 14 1/2 feet perfectly.

The Frye boot is exemplary. True to size and gorgeous! Everything else is a poor copy of a classic harness boot! My partner loved receiving these boots for Christmas. They were ordered on the 23 of December and were wrapped and under the tree before anyone knew that I forgot Christmas was on my door step! Zappos to the rescue once again! Zappos has saved my procrastinating butt more than I can say! Returning items is as easy as ordering them. Thank you Zappos! No other online store is as accommodating.

I wore Harley harness boots for many years before I took the plunge and bought Fryes at the urging of a friend who sells them at a department store. I am impressed at the obvious step up in quality from the Harleys. The leather is better, they seem sturdier, and my favorite feature is the belted harness that is an obvious improvement over the normal harness look. I highly recommend the belted harness - it's a modest step up in price, but it looks and feels much better. The only downside is that more colors are available in the non-belted boots. This was my first Frye, and I was so impressed I have since bought other pairs as well. They make a consistently high-quality boot, should last many years, and are worth every extra dollar over the cheaper brands. I love these boots! Order 1/2-1 size up, they are a bit snug even after break-in.

These by far are the finest, and most compfortable boots of this type that I have ever worn! Right out of the box they fit like they had been tailored for me. I have had these boots since 2004 and they look as good as the day I put them on. And the compliments I get as to the boots are numerous. They are well worth the purchase price. And shipping was great also, I ordered one afternoon and they were delivered the next afternoon...can't ask for anything better than that! In ending: BUY THEM!

These are a great pair of boots! They are extremely well made and will last a very long time if you take care of them. I think this style is much better looking than the plain harness style. I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly.

Great boot. Looks great. I shopped around and decided on these boots because they had a more stylish, fitted look. I didn\'t want a bulky, round, flat-black boot which is common with motorcycle boots. Fits true to size.

Frye boots are great and I love mine. The leather is a real man's leather. the first time I wore them after I got them was to the barber shot and a guy got out of his chair to come ask me where I got them. The fit is right and comfortable, and you know you are wearing a real pair of boots. This is a case of you get more than what you pay for. If you want a great pair of boots, get Frye.
