My little girl (4year, size 10) LOVES these ballet shoes. Originally for dance class, they have turned into her only shoe she'll wear other than tennis shoes. She has a LOT of problems with sensation - tags, elastic, etc - you know the type...I have her wear these for church or any other dressy spring/summer outing. They've held up so far.

Ballet slippers for little girls - At the recommendation of the instructor, I pulled the tie snug and cut off the ends of the laces, so the shoe could not bet too tight.

Great ballet shoe! It seems to be a size larger than regular shoes, but you can cinch it easily with the tie.

Runs a full size small, but great! Fantastic ballet flat for the beginner ballerina. Beware - it runs a FULL size small.

Perfect for your baby ballerina - We bought these for my daughter who takes classes at a professional school. They are great. Fit seems slightly small, but there is a way to tighten them with the string tie. She seems to have a much better grip on the floor now - no sliding during dancing!

Cute ballet shoe, decent price - I ordered a size 9 for my daughter who is just barely an 8.5. They were a little loose, although they fit fine once you adjust the tie in the front. So far they have held up well.

Very nice - These ballet slippers are wonderful. I had first bought a pair at a local shoe store but they were so narrow and the material was not genuine leather. I ended up returning them and purchased these. Far better quality, real leather that will shape to your child's feet.--But what this website doesn't tell you in the description is that you need to order a full street shoe size up. (You can read that on the Capezio website).

Ballet shoes - I was very happy with both the look and comfort of these shoes and appreciated the reviews left by other shoppers. I bought them a size larger than needed and they fit perfectly. They arrived promptly. A very good and easy shopping experience.

Perfect - I live in a remote town. So I wasn't sure if I would get the ballet shoes on time and that they would fit my daughter. I am happy to report that the shoe size was accurate and the free shipping was delivered on time. I will definitely order from Zappos again.

Great shoes...great price - These ballet shoes were exactly what my daughter needed. Soft, easy to put on. Great value. I ordered them 10pm one night and they were at my door by 5pm the next day!

Exactly one full size smaller than Danskin - I ordered these in a size 13 as my daughter was growing out of her size 12 ballet shoes from Danskin. These turned out to be the exact same size as her old shoes. Nice shoes, but buy a size larger than you think you need.

Wonderful slipper - This was a great buy for my 3 1/2 year old daughter. Excellent quality but buy one full size larger for perfect fit. She wears them around the house as much as she does to ballet class.

A very popular ballet shoe - Quality ballet shoes for your young girls. Has the elastic band to go over the ankle area so the shoes don't fall off. Also has the elastic string around the top of the shoe to keep the shoe fitted nicely. However, the bow may come loose or be pulled out. Recommend double knotting this string, or perhaps Capezio can provide an improvement for this condition in the future. We've also been tucking in the bow into the shoe.

Good ballet basic - Good ballet shoe-do order a size to a size and a half bigger than normal.As usual Zappos saved me time and money having these in stock during recital season. Zappos you're the best!!
