Your feet will love Durango Boots - When I opened up the box and took the boots out they looked even better than they did in the pic's. I thought to myself, boots that look this good could not possibly fit good, but my thought was wrong. These boots fit like gloves the first time I tried them on and they just keep feeling better.

Great boot, orange socks. I am very happy with these and would definitely buy them again... they are comfortable, well-built, and reasonably priced. My only gripe (and I knew about this from other reviews) was that the interior leather finishing stains my socks an orange/brown color above the ankle (and stains my legs the same color if the socks are too short). It would have been nice if Durango had worked out a color-fast finishing or thin fabric liner. Took off one star in the "overall" rating for that. But as I said, even with that problem, I would definitely buy them again... along with a large bottle of Clorox.

Like a glove - I wear a lot of different boots from work steel-toe, to hiking, to these boots. And I never had a boot that fit like a glove without any presure points. This boot broke in wile I was puting on the opposite side, and that is no bull. I am sure I will find my self sleeping in these boots more than once!!!!

Llove 'em - These look and fit great. My boyfriend has a high arch and it's a little tight across the top when putting on and taking off, but the leather is so pliable that we are sure it will stretch to fit and fit like a glove. Otherwise, these shoes are great quality and incredibly comfortable and cool.

Saving St. Nick - On December 16, in preparing for my first of several appearances as St. Nick for the season, I realized the wonderful old Dingo boots my wife gave me when I was a Marine attending Syracuse University in 1969 were missing, apparently left at the last Christmas party I atttended in 2003 when I changed clothes. Panic time! A Zappo's regular, I followed up my online order to a Zappo elf, and the next day -- a Friday -- my boots arrived. I ordered brown, and with the use of a half-can of Lincoln cordovan polish, soon attained the just right English red leather look to match a new 5-inch custom belt with huge 6-inch custom 'S' brass buckle making its debut with a brand new costume. With faux fur inserts in the top of the new Durango boots, I presented the image of a Super Santa, thanks to Zappo's in- the-St. Nick-of-time response!

I haven't taken them off since I got them - The most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I was always a sneaker wearer, but since my brother bought these for me for Christmas this year, I haven't worn anything else. The fit like a glove and are true to size. The only very small criticism, and I did read this on previews is that they do stain your socks a light brown color. That's OK, I'll wear brown socks! This one flaw would not keep me from buying them again.

The smooth operator - I recently ordered a pair of these boots in black about a month ago and the service was great. Just on 2/11/05 I ordered a second pair but this time they were in brown. I received them on 2/14/05. this was a great Valentine's day gift to myself. I will be ordering the Frye boots next time. I will be a loyal customer from this day forth!!!!!!!!!!

The Real Deal - These boots are absolutely sweet - and I can't tell you how many compliments I've already gotten on them. I have been wearing this style by another manufacturer in black for years, but the look and color of these boots is outstanding and unique. I tell everyone who comments to go to ZAPPOS, because this store ROCKS and these boots were **$40** less on Zappos than they were in the store in my town.

Fits Like a Glove...For My Foot! I understand that not all shoes marked a certain size will fit exactly the same but for this one it really hit the mark for me. Look, comfort, and yes, price are what really sold the shoes.

Fantastic boots! I love these boots. I have a pair in black and when I wanted brown I tried on several other brands, but nothing compared to the Durango fit and comfort. I ride a motorcycle and the non-slip soles are great. In many boots I wear an 11 but the 10.5 Durangos fit great. The web site is simple to use and the shipping is easy to calculate ($0). 2 day shipping for free? I'll be back.

Niceness - I actually tried these shoes in a store before actually ordering them... They are my first pair of boots and took a couple of days to break in, but now that they fit, they feel fine~ basically, they're a wonderful buy, and they really give that serious hard look without making you look like a goofy cowboy! A+++

Zappo's is the best - I originally planned to buy Frye boots but am thrilled to have bought both the black and brown Durango's for a total of about $250 (one pair of Frye would have been $175- 185). Zappo's sped up their free shipping to extra fast service at no extra charge.
