10 years after receiving my first pair of these great moccasins I finally accepted the fact that they were completely worn out and ordered a new pair. I was pleasantly surprised to find that neither the fit nor the quality have changed in a decade. The initial snugness once again molded itself to my foot and in a couple of days my comfortable old friends were back. While I'm sure these moccasins are intended primarily for inside use, I occasionally wear them in the back yard or in the garage without ill-effect. In short, a comfortable, practical classic worth every penny of the price. Quite frankly, I don't know why I waited so long to replace the old ones whose soles were warn down to almost the thread lines. Sentimentality I guess.

Leather is beautiful and soft. They are snug around the back. My husband usually wears 8-8.5. I ordered these in 8.5 but he still wears them with the back folded down (drives me crazy) because they're just too snug. Order up a half size and they are perfect!

I wasn't quite sure about the width (my feet are not super wide but not narrow) but there was no problem in getting a great fit. This shoe feels like you're wearing a slipper yet can look good below a fancy pair of pants for any night out on the town. A truly great show for any occasion.

Amazingly comfortable moccasin. These are unlined, which makes them comfortable in summer, too. Moosehide is extremely durable. The sole on my first pair has finally split after nearly ten years of daily wear, but the uppers are still intact. Padded sole makes them more comfortable than going barefoot in the house. Best casual shoe/slipper I've owned.

The sole seemed the proper length, but the uppers seemed a little smaller. Had to order the next larger size. Otherwise, super comfortable.

You won\'t believe how soft and comfortable the liners of these slippers are! They are not really furry, so you can wear these in summer, but they are so silky!

I love moccasins and have owned several different brands and styles over the past 25 years. These moosehide moccasins from Minnetonka are without a doubt the most comfortable and versatile pair I have ever owned!Forget breaking them in. These moccasins are comfortable right out of the box. The rubber sole provides great support, and you can walk across any flooring surface (including a rainy driveway) without fear of slipping or sliding. No need to look any further. This is the best moccasins for the money.
