The boots are awesome! The description was right on and sizing was perfect. Before I could turn around they were delivered-the packing of the boots was perfectly done. My granddaughter was thrilled with her new boots. I have bought other products from Zappos and with every transaction I am still amazed at the quality of service and goods.
