These are exactly what my husband had been looking for, and it doesn't hurt that he's a Seinfeld fan. The pants are thinner than your standard 'sweats' but that's the throwback look he was going for. He's 5'11" and 175lbs - he has the Medium and they're snug which is what he wanted, but if they shrank in the wash even a bit they'd be too small...which they definitely haven't after 2 washes/drys. The description doesn't mention that the waist band is also elastic. You can use the drawstring, but you don't have to. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars overall is the first pair he wore for a day and a tiny hole developed in the fabric on the right leg. The second pair is perfect!
