This boot fell apart almost instantly after I wore it. The stitching inside the boot ripped and would therefore get stuck on my foot each time I put the boot on and off. Overall, I'm very disappointed by the quality.

This is the first bad experience I have had with any product from Zappos. The customer service, delivery and return policies are not matched by anyone I am aware of in the on-line shopping business. This product however did not meet their usual standards of excellence. The
boots I received had obviously been worn. The soles were dirty and there were scuff marks on the toes and on the sides of the
boots. I am returning them for that reason.

Unfortunately I fell in love with these
boots and I did not take warning from the other review. They are so cute and exactly what I was looking for. Sadly I have to send them back as I cannot even get my feet into them! And when I tried the backing came off one of the buckles and it does not snap back on. I wish I could find another boot just like it that was made better. I am totally bummed that these were designed so poorly.

Purchased these for my teenage daughter; this is now her second pair of these shoes; once she grew out of her first pair after about 1 year and at that point they were worn out as they were her only pair of
boots; she loves the style and versatility.

boots are fabulous! The picture does not do them justice. They are so comfy and really cute. I have arthritis and need shoes that are comfortable but still young enough that I need them to be attractive and current too. These fit the bill to a T.

If only. Like this adorable boot but it didn't like me. :-( Due to my wider width and high instep, was unable to get foot far enough down the shaft past the curve and into the boot if that makes sense. This happens a lot with certain boot styles. Otherwise, once in, size-wise they would have been fine. A larger size will not help the problem. Disappointed; will have to return. Thank you Zappos!

I really like the look of these
boots and they work work well with a few of my outfits. They don't offer anything in the way of
arch support though, so I put a Dr. Scholl's
arch support insert inside each of them and that has made a market improvement in comfort level.
