This backpack has a good quality build, nice color, and high protected laptop sleeve. But it can be a little heavy for girls because all these protection bring a weigh in, for boys it's probably ok. I'm a girl and ordered a blue one. I gave it only 2 stars because I bough this backpack to carry my Toshiba 17" laptop + books in college.. It doesn't fit it. :( It can tight fit only a 15" my husband have a Lenovo 15" so I tried to put it in to see hows it fit inside.. But I can't take his laptop to college I need bag which can fit my 17". Therefore today I going to send it back. In addition I decided to go with wheeled bag w laptop protection. Any suggestion what wheeled bag can fit my Toshiba 17" with 2-3 books and 1 folder? 1 of my book is calculus about 1300 pages 2 others only 1/3 of it.
