This shoe is super cute but it's the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn. I won't even try to sell these shoes because I would feel terrible about selling them to some unsuspecting person. The canvas upper is so stiff that it bends awkwardly into the top of my foot with every step. The stiffness has also caused a while line from the creasing to form where the shoe bends at the top. It looks terrible. And feels worse. What a waste of a lot of money.

These fit a little snug for me, but I think going up another 1/2 size would have been too big. I am hoping they will stretch over time with continued use. These are a comfortable height and would be perfect for work. My only complaint is that the back of the shoe curves in slightly, so that it rubs up into top part of your heel. Again, I am hoping these shoes will stretch out so that it won't be an issue anymore.

I bought these shoes hoping they would be a comfy work option. Unfortunately I had to return them. The back of the shoe comes up too high and scrapes against my heel.

This is a beautiful shoe but the sizing is impossible! I always wear a 9 Medium shoe--consistent in length and width. This shoe in a B (normal, medium) width felt great...nice without being too narrow which is rare for a shoe of this shape. However, equally wide is the heel -- I could easily put a full index finger between my heel and the back of the shoe so I thought it was just too big (too long). I ordered an 8.5 and it felt tight around my toes but my heel still rose right out of the shoe. I realize the heel width is far wider than a typical heel! I give up on this shoe which is a shame because it's a beautiful shoe and would actually be comfortable if the sizing worked. This is an identical review I gave to similar Fitzwell pumps I tried - and had identical problems with a wide heel-- and this is odd as I have never had this problem with shoes before.
