This leash is excellent! I bought three for my trio of large dogs (one of whom is an escape artist) and the leashes are really solid. They're well-made and the carabiner prevents accidental escapes. Unscrewing and screwing the carabiner each time does take a little extra time, but far less time than looking for your escaped dog in the woods for several hours, as a personal example. Also, the handle of the leash is nice and comfy (a big plus when 300 pounds of dogs are pulling you along).

Awesome leash! We bought a 10mm for our older dog about five years ago and just bought a small for our little 10 lb Brussels Griffon. They're rugged, durable, and stylish. The reflective quality is very handy, particularly on dark winter nights. The locking
carabiners provide confidence that they won't open accidentally. The bag loop is very convenient. I'm a rock climber, so I know the 10mm rope is strong enough to hold a small car, so it will definitely hold a large dog. I'm sure the 7mm will hold any size dog as well.

My husband and I used this leash for our dog, and when we got a new puppy, we got another one. The length is good (not too short or too long) and the handle is GREAT for being able to hold on to active dogs. The clip is very sturdy, which we appreciate too.

This is very strong, durable leash. We have an 85lb
golden retriever and it works great for him. I really like the Ruffwear brand and have several items from them and have never been disappointed. Good quality. Good price. The only con is if you have to take on or off quickly, it takes a bit if you fully close the carabiner.

Bought this for my 50 lb boxer. He is a puller and very strong, this leash is very durable, it stretches well and has reflective material woven into the leash. On our first hike, it tested very well, I was also able to tie him off to just about anything and the leash did not fray at all when he moved or pulled the leash against whatever he was tied to which I was a little worried about. The locking carabiner is very strong and I don't have to worry about it coming loose. I am actually looking into buying another one in a different color!
