I really wanted to keep these boots. At first I thought that the heel would be too high, but I liked the style so much, I wanted to give them a chance. The boots have hidden platforms and padding, so they were quite comfortable. After only two wears (and very light wear, I might add) I noticed that the heels were beginning to separate from the sole. Needless to say, I had to return them. Zappos' staff was excellent!
