I love these thongs. I bought them to help separate my toes so that I could feel the individual digits instead of all the toes feeling like one unit. I thought this would help in my yoga practice, and it has. The first time I put them on it was very uncomfortable. The next time less so, and after about a week there was no discomfort.

As a person who has two Morton's Neuromas in my left foot, I need supportive slippers to walk around our home, which is all hardwood. Anyone who has a neuroma knows how painful it is to walk on hard floors. However, I also need a sole that is slip/slide proof on those same floors because I am also a two-time successful back surgery patient and don't need to fall ever. These very comfortable slippers fulfill all my parameters. The footbed is thick and cushy with a very good amount of support. Toe separators are a bit too close together for my taste, but otherwise very soft, keeping my foot in place when walking. Arch support is minimal. I do wish they made these in a black or darker color because tend to look dirty after only a few weeks of wear...and yes, I do wash my feet. I will order these again without hesitation.
